I moved back home to Los Angeles Ca in 2013, and that is when I realize I had to do something with my situation. I could not find a job and living with my mother. As I was going through my boxes, I found Dean's books, believe it or not I had bought all 3 books back in 2010. I never got around to read it because I was working 2 jobs and just didn't have the time. Now I find myself broke and unemployed. Got the books out a few weeks ago, and I wish I would've read it 3 years ago. It so simple, and Dean and Matt explained it in details how to do etc... Dean's website and books are very informative. I'd be crazy if I choose not to change my life and circumstances...I pray for wisdom, patience, and most of all knowledge. God help me!!

"Quiting my job to do REI full time
May 20th, 2013 | posted by Emmit GI was reading the blog about quitting your job to go full time in RE.I am doing the same thing I am moving from California to North Carolina to pursue my dream. I am already fixing and flipping there, and I am now working on buyers for wholesale deals there.I am blessed to have a home that has equity and 2 years reserves in the bank. But even with that it is still a very scary endeavor.I truly believe that necessity will help drive me to be successful. It will be nice to have more than one season. Best of luck to all.Just remember any thing is possible if you want it bad enough.
Still looking ahead and taking bigger steps to achieve
May 20th, 2013 | posted by ArceyMy name is Aracely. I am a single mom with a 17 year old son who is soon to graduate high school. As his graduation day is quickly approaching, I am embarrassed to say that I have very little money saved to get him through college. I am also a middle school teacher, so with my supposed high income, my son will not be getting much financial assistance. Others have told me, let him get a loan to school, you have covered your responsibility for him to almost age 18 "adulthood". Although I agree and he does plan to work, I already have school loans I'm still paying. He will have his own stumbles and falls in life, want to always be there to help make his life easier when it is possible. After all, that’s why I am his parent, right?
