I am currently locked into a 1 year lease with a purchase option. My neighbor is willing to pay me $25K above the agreed upon purchase price i have with the owner. can I assign the purchase right or do I need to deal with the owner then sell to the neighbor? All ideas/suggestions are greatly appreciated,

I'll be honest, its a pretty scary thing saying you are going to reach for the stars when you are not sure you even have a rocket ship to get there. It takes time, energy, and a lot of uphill battling to get to where you want to be.

One day down the road I don't want to wake up to look in the mirror and find that I didn't try hard to see my dreams come true. It sounds a little childish, but I think we all need a little more child-like spirit in us. Children just believe that things are going to happen. They want something and therefore they ask and seek until they get it. They don't second guess themselves as much as those who are older do. They dream big and believe that anything is possible. I don't want to loose that part of me.

Well, to start this whole thing off, I have to begin with the fact that my girlfriend and I are not even eighteen yet. We were watching T.V. together one night and just so happen Dean's advertisement for a real estate seminar came on. After lying there watching it for a little bit we decided to call in for the two free tickets to attend. When the time came for the seminar we were kind of skeptical about the whole ordeal but still curious. Even if we were not able to do anything now it seemed interesting to us for the simple fact that we are this young and want to learn.

Can i get some creative advice on attracting buyers to add to my list? Anything well help.
