Back in the Game!

I've been out of the DG loop for a while battling life. It certainly is true that one can get caught up in the rat race of daily life. I'm participating in the elite program and trying to stay on track. I'm excited about making my dreams come true and doing that first deal. Everyone take care and I'll talk to you tomorrow.

Dean's New TV Show

I thought TV show was awesome. To cover in detail those different strategies was great.

Ready to read

Can't wait to read your new book, and get fired up. Thanks Dean.

Bought our first house!

My cousin found a house and scheduled an appointment to view it. We both went. 3BR/2BA w/detached garage, near to the major hospitals. Already foreclosed, bank owned property. Needs some major work, but not to bad.

Last appraised at $65K, the bank is asking $17K. We offered $12K and waited.

The first two calls from the agent told us that the bank was not accepting the offer. We told him that we know that the house is a liability on the banks books and they must get rid of the house and on the third call he said that the bank had accepted the offer, and we went and did the paperwork, same day.

Closed about a week later!!!!!!

We pulled up the nasty carpet and discovered well protected hardwood floors on the ground floor level!!! Bonus!!!

comps

Can someone out there tell me the best website for accurate comps.

Challenges are Fuel to help us move forward.

You were designed to overcome challenges. What is the one thing that even those who already have everything they could possibly want, still need more than ever? What is something that no life should ever be without? After every goal is reached, after every desire is fulfilled, people still have a need for challenge. That is because we are designed and built for challenge. Without it life is empty, no matter how much else we may have.

Have you ever wondered why wealthy people continue working harder than ever? Even after they have built a fortune that could last for thousands of lifetimes. The reason is, challenge. They need challenge. Does that perhaps tell you something about how those people got where they are? They did it by rising to the challenges that were before them.
