Monday is a great day!

Today is Monday and is the last day of doing what I used to do.

30 Days to Real Estate Cash: Day One

Hello Everyone! My name is Leah. I opted in on Dean's offer to receive a copy of his newest book and discover the strategies to make money and change the course of my life in the next 30 days. Something has finally clicked within me and I am ready to put in the necessary work so that I can realize the dreams I have for myself.

I made the decision to start my 30 Days to Real Estate Cash on 06Apr13 @ 2242hrs which means that I will have my first deal completed no later than 06May13.

This is the statement I will read everyday about why I have decided to make this happen for myself:

It's not fear!

I ventured out into the big business world of Real Estate investing on Jan 1 of this year. I got an email last week from Dean saying ‘congratulations, you have been in the program for 10 weeks, and how do you feel about your progress?’ I am learning a great deal and making decent progress but nothing so amazing as the Carol Stinson’s and the Andrea Weuhle’s
I know that one day this will be my full time endeavor replacing my current JOB.

Just Getting Started - Atlanta

I got involved with Dean's program in December. Did the 3 day seminar, then the Boots on the Ground here in Atlanta where I live. Joined the success academy in January, went to the Buying Summit in March. I finally found what I think will be a great real estate agent. We shall see how that works out. This makes number 3 but she came recommended by another investor. I will be starting out wholesaling until I can pay off my education and start saving some of my earnings to be able to purchase some cash flow properties. From the resources I have been provided, I have about 15 buyers on my list.

No more excuses!

I don't know if that's a good title or not. I may have to give myself a few free days on my 60 days to real estate profits. (yeah the book says 30 but I knew I would be out of town for at least 1/2 of the time).

My mom twisted her back and they took her from the hospital to one of those Convalescent homes because she couldn't get out of bed ( the pain was too great) but she had no broken bones. I had to stay there until 10:30PM waiting for the DR who would not release her to us to take her home. After I talked to him, we got her home and she is doing much better and now I can get back to work. I have worked out my phone script. If you have problems opening that .doc with Word 2003 just change the extention to .docx and you will be able to open it without problems.

Partner issues?

Hello DG'ers,

I don't like to complain, but I've come across this problem so many times here and in other areas of my business and personal life...I have to say something about it.
