I'm feeling more confident. I recieved an email from a CASH BUYER asking me to add him to my Buyers List. He stated that he had found one of my (Ghost) Ads from Craigslist. And he's got more investor/buyers looking for deals as well.

I've just finished COURSE Contracts and Offers in my Class Room from the Success Academy. I am on my way! To all who need assistance with COACHing contact the Success Academy, they are there for you. Very helpful, they are.

On the phone all day and e-mailing contacts. Leaving Connecticut Sad in search of investment properties elsewhere. Brokers, agent, and the like so much hungrier outside of CT. A few minutes I achieved with each agent equaled a week with the agents around my side of town. Heard you shouldn't live where you invest but there is this nice multi-family oceanside with a vacancy. Maybe for the summer? Better views and leave the day in day out tish behind. I wouldn't mind.

My First Deal Done...I'm Ready For More!!!!

I found a property on CL and dialoged with the seller through email several times. The seller had purchased a second home and couldn't pay two mortgages. Finally he gave me his phone number and we spoke once on the phone before he accepted my offer. Once the property was locked up I put a lock box on the door (the house was vacant)and started contacting buyers. Two buyers looked at it within two days. They both said that it needed a good deal of work. I had estimated $15,000 in repairs based on the sellers estimates ($6,600) that I then doubled and then padded some more. The buyers estimated $20,000+. I sent the seller an email saying that my partners were telling me that the cost of repair was coming back higher than he had mentioned.

Any lease option properties in Orange County, Ca ?

I was wondering if anyone could give me more information on Lease option homes in Orange county Ca. (preferably Huntington Beach)
My husband and I want to buy a house, but we're not quite ready due to my credit.
I've received many emails from companies but they want you to pay to join, I just want information on how this works.

Need help with unbelievable deal!!!!

Well... I have a long story so bare with me. 2 years ago I bought deans books and shortly there after severely broke my left leg and ankle, I know it's an excuse but I could not walk for almost a year. Since I was unable to work I lost most everything I owned including my home and had to file chapter 7 bankrupt. At least I have no debt. I am very motivated to get going again and am going straight to the top right of the bat. I have found a house on the bay in Fairhope Alsbama which is where I was forced to move and live with relatives. This house is for sale through a realtor and is a foreclosure. It sold for $1.800.000 in 1996 when it was built and is listed for $1,300.000 and has just been reduced again to 1,170.000.
