I am focused on my homework. Finding my "WHY", set my goals calendar for the next 30, and for the next year, surfing the net for RE offices that I will be contacting over the next couple of days, made a new email address, watched a few blogs, ... Boots on the Ground this weekend, out of our area but will give some great examples. Looking up some props in proptrends to see what's happening in the BOG area, looks pretty good- maybe not as hot as our area right now, better for us...

In my last blog, I spoke about my first investor, now I have a single mother looking to get pre-qualified to buy a home and on top of that, I have leads for Section 8 renters. That I would like to turn into buyers eventually.

Geez, just imagine if had property already and all I could do? I must get setup and get on this streak immediately.

Enough reading for now, its learn as I go time...with the help of my DG Family of course.

Linda and I returned from an exciting weekend in Toledo,Ohio on Sunday. That was Linda's first time to teach the workshop with me. We had a good group of students, eager to learn, and ready to take action.

My next travel will take me to Denver, Colorado May 24-26, 2012. Looks like there will be a larger than usual group of students. Linda will not be teaching with me, but have a very expirenced Mentor who I have taught with before; a great guy!
