Hi DG Family,

Does anyone know if DG has a referral program. I'm a brand new student and I have a friend that needs to sell her house, however, I can only do Rehabs now. Therefore, I would like to refer her to a more experienced DG member for a referral fee if the deal is workable.

One of our associates at the gym where we attend bought 8 foot poles at lowes. Then he cut them in half and put them on the saw. Now the sign poles are in the trunk of the auto ready to go. He even reminded me to keep the reciept for possible deduction for business cost. The other thing I note here is to carry a first aid kit when you go out. Billy, told me to take a metal stake and a heavy hammer. The soil here is really cement like. OK. Had my breakfast and my gummy bears...even took a nap. Now, tis time to sign. I am in the process of gathering starter homes for my 18 wholesale buyers and 5 retail buyers. I am working with two marvelous women brokers who are 100% with us. My shot for the stars is a 63 acre fernery that has produced a positive cash flow of 68,000 dollars yearly for the past 6 years. It has been appraised at 780,000 in 2011. They are asking only 399,000 for the property. There are 3 rentals and 3 gentlemen who work the fernery, they love it there and want to continue on with the new owners. The land manager is particularly talented in his capacity. He also wants to work for the new owners. This property will appreciate to over 1,000,000 dollars in the next few years, This is a win win situation.

I have 2 properties in Kansas that are a really good deal. Working on our first deal. If there is any one out there that is interested let me know. We would really like to move them. Looking for a buyer. Chris is gaining vision every day, as he has been blind for the last 12 years. He had some eye sugary and is doing much better. I'de like to introduce my self and my husband Christopher. I am Dina, and really excited about this opportunity. We hope to meet like minded people who also want to make some money to improve they're lives. Christopher has been completely blind, up to about 4 weeks ago. He had eye sugary and now he is able to see, first time in 12 years. I have gone through loosing about 125lbs. and sugaries to put my body back to gether. We are hoping that this program will help us to catch up on bills, help our friends and allow us to go on a big boat cruse. Nothing like a great dream.

I try to bring up in casual conversation with people when I can that I am a landlord and I buy houses.
I was making a house payment at the bank the other day, and started chatting with the teller. Well guess what? Her and her boyfriend are looking for a rent-to-own. Oh yeah, and her friend lives on the same street where we have a house for sale (flip). She might know someone who would like to see it. I gave her my card and wrote her name down for a possible bird dog fee. We were both excited when I left. Share what you do
