We have been trying to build our bucket of investors and we have yet to find an investor that is willing to spend some paper or cash on these 2 great properties. Doing the first deal is not very easy at all and I'm starting to get discouraged and synical about this program. I hope some thing happens soon.

In the Cape right now. Been here since April 25th. Can't believe it. Like a dream. Be back home by June then it is back to whatever it is I thought I was doing. Maybe losing a little focus here and will need some kind of a disciplined routine to get back into the swing of things. Real Estate?

Considering I am new to RE, by word of mouth I now have Section 8 Renters (high end). My question is how can I turn this scenerio around to earn a one month rental rate Finder's Fee.

Getting well into the third week since the edge and I have learned a lot by making an effort, although the successful pathway has yet to declare for me.

Just curious how many of you successful investors went through Dean's Success Academy? I am seriously considering enrolling. Any information would be greatly appreciated!

Now that I have been with the Success Academy for a few weeks now, I've built a pretty ROBUST investor/cash buyer list and now am ready to go out and get some deals.

I still have my listings from the agent that I was working with before I joined the Advisory Team. I now have to filter them and send them to her and make some offers. In the past week I've been trying to contact her through two emails, and a phone call. No answer.

Where did my agent go? I know I haven't had any contact with her since I've been with the Success Academy. Coach suggests that I call the office and see if there's a problem or if I should work with someone else.
