I have been trying to order this book and cannot get it. I order the book and see that the money is not deducted from my prepaid credit card account. I have even got an email from administration thanking me for my order, but haven't been charged for it or received it. It has been at least 7 days.

I was very sick on Sunday and Monday...Too much to mention here. If you have high blood pressure also known as HBP, then you may know about dizzy spells. I am back on my feet today. I can even drive again.

Got my signs (16) going to put them up today. Have to find a great real estate agent. I also need a title company that knows how to protect a finder's fee.

Ecstatic right now. Just got my first buyer (an entire investment group, actually) for my buyer's list!! They're all cash (YES!!) and willing to take anything that will turn a reasonable profit for them. Words cannot contain my excitement at this very moment!!

A couple of days ago I received Dean's 30 Days To Real Estate Cash. I got excited to read about all the good information that was in store for me. I decided to get prepared for it and drew a mind map so I could absorb it well and get it.

After reading it,
I learned a ton about strategy and have taken steps to achieve my real estate goal for the rest of the year.
I was so excited I thought I misspelled Mortgage Check out my mind map!
