Hello can anybody tell me where to get a Finder's Fee Contract?
What I mean is, I am in the middle of some deal's and the seller is asking their set price and then I add a $1,2,or 3k profit for me and the buyer agree's to pay that full amount. I just need the contract that separates the additional Finder Fee for me in there to the seller so I get my cut for finding the buyer. I have seen other people talking about the Finder Fee Contract on other blogs and its not here in Dean's library so I am asking if anyone knows where I can find it or go buy it?

Hi everyone, i just wanted to talk about fear and why it is holding me back. I am an 18 year old father living on my own with a lost job and rent due within the week. I feel like i have everything to become successful and yet i still cannot make my stress and fear go away. My father enrolled me in deans success academy, so i thought that after being in that i could alleviate some of that fear. Sadly, i feel as though i am learning as much as i can but im not learning small minute legal details and how to talk to people and sound like a pro. Not saying anything bad about dean or his program, i just wish i could go do this without having to worry anymore.

Okay so I know that this holiday season is about loving the people in your life and being thankful for all of your blessings, but I just can't seem to shake the negativity. I live in Mississippi and I am visiting my family in Northampton, MA. I have never had a good relationship with my step dad, mostly because of his abusivness to my mom and me. I try my absolute hardest to stay focused and positive about every situation that I find myself in, but sometimes it's just too hard when he tells me that I don't deserve anything for Christmas in one of his usual angry rages. I guess during times like these my only choice is to just keep my head up and know that God will always have my back through thick and thin.
