Hello I'm looking to network with anyone interested in getting things going I'm located in the state of virgina and i see a ton of potentials here.

I am doing my blog early because I have a lot to do tonight.
Mostly, nothing has changed since yesterday. Still waiting for Prop. info. while making lures to pay the bills. I spoke with a fellow investor who responded to my bandit signs and he told me that he too was having difficulties finding people willing to part with their money. He's now trying to find properties that fit my buyer's criteria.

Hi my name is Ed Ayala I just picked up Dean's books Be a real estae milliomaire and Profi from real estate right now but don't know which one to read first

OK Busy week. Tuesday 11/22/11 we closed on one of our fix and flip properties. Had appraisal issues but still profited around $14,000.00. We also closed on the purchase of another investment property in a nice area that we are going to retail without doing any rehab! Having a great time. Everyone just keep thinking positive as there is money to be made. I am always interested in working with other investors so don't hesitate to contact me.

This is basically a journal for me to hopefully keep up with my progress. As of 11/22/11 I finished reading "Profit from Real Estate NOW!" with listening to "Become a Real Estate Millionaire" on my iPod prior to receiving the "Profit" book. Needless to say it was full of information on how-to almost ver batim. The life stories in the books assists me in knowing that there were people close to the same situation that I am currently in. We all didn't have to be born with a silver spoon in our mouths to be successful in this area. Just a little ingenuity, courage, and persistence we can all achieve our goals and help others in the process. As of yet I have not completed my first deal.

Hi everybody I live here in Las Vegas looking for anybody that can help me put deals together here. I'm still wet behind the ears but I'm growing better everyday thanks to Dean, all I do is run some ads building up my buyers list
