Getting Ready To Do Business

Have you ever wondered about how much preparation one does to get ready to do business?
I have been apart of the Dean Graziosi family for about 3 months now! Have been (slowly) building my buyers list, Incorporated into an S-Corp so I can do business all over the country. Opened a Business acount, got a PO box , curently putting together two(2) web sites, got the logo and the domain names,Now that I have a PO box address and web address's quess I could order those business cards.
Interviewed a few agents, one I settled on does not appear to be accomplishing the small task I asked her for. So gotta go get another one.

Trying Desperately

Hi All - DG Family - ok here is what i did in 2 weeks I viewed a rehab/fixer-up. contacted the ower - sent the owner an email of my offer - he lessoned it by one thousand dollars - had on my contract "and/or assigns" asked him to sign - but he did not, he did confirm the email by saying its a go - had his attorney look over my contract with an addendum. I contact my buyer (found on CL) who went to see the property with the owner, (I did not go to the property) and now, I will followup with the buyer to see if I have a deal.

I don't know if I did it correctly but I did make an attempt. Any Comments?????

Repair costs are way too high! Need Opinions!

We have a 4-plex (2nd deal after Success Academy)that we bought last year. We have a money partner who paid cash for $56K. She also put up the rehab money of $30K. After rehab, it took us months to rent. Now that it is rented, we could not imagine the water leaks/plumbing problems that have been happening all throughout the property. Pipes are leaking in the hallway, kitchen, bathroom! Our in-house contractor quoted us $10K to replace all damaged/rusted/ pipes. The problem is...we do not have that money!
