Hello DG Family I am a new Investor. I am very excited about being a Real Estate Investor. I am currently doing the RBBP Program. I just need to get over the Fear and Procrastination. I'm on the 2nd page and working on building a buyers list. I know that it works as long as we work it. So I will keep on pressing my way to that first deal.

After my last entry, I didn't expect to be making another entry for about a week because I really need to make my lure order. However, Things have happened that I need to share.
Day 74:
The only RE related thing I did was I answered my PMs and (I admit) I read the new postings in my bookmarked forums.

I believe I have found the secret to successful Bandit Sign replies: DO SOMETHING ELSE!!!
What do I mean? There is an old addige about fishing that goes "The fish bite best when you least expect it." For me, that usually happens when I would unwrap my food or just opened a nice cold drink or was relieving myself. (I get more fish when doing the last option )

So everyone I just want to share with you how much I have enjoyed this site and everyone that belongs to it. Today I am making my first official offer on a home, I also invited a great new friend to join the site and I owe it all to you guys and my mentor Marc Armel. So I have been aggressive with my organization. I file my records promptly and return calls within 24-48 hrs.

I am having trouble getting my parnter/boyfriend/roommate, use to logging mileage and reciepts. I explained to him why we need to keep it current and he understands what the bookkeeping is for, so why won't he do any of the tasks. I put our notebook and pen on the counter next to the mail and carkey area, were he can see every time he gets home or leave.

Laziness or habit?
Sounds like excuses to me either way!

Maybe I need a different approach to this issue.
