I didnt get to view the properties as I intended today. Worked for clients longer that I planned to. I will definitely view some of them tomorrow morning after dropping the kids off at school. Got an email from the Realtor stating that, as a Realtor, he cannot give me the lock box codes, he will make himself available and don't forget the proof of funds letter. I said, no problem, dont forget the list of cash buyers from the MLS. I have yet to get a response from that. Why do I need a REALTOR again??? He really makes me want to get out of character with his grandiose attitude. Well guys... gonna look through some journals and posts then do online research & get some addresses together that I want to visit tomorrow. Happy Money Monday!!!!

Day 1 ...Not really But for blogging it is ;)
September 18th, 2011 | posted by nosfynestI'm at the offering stage. I have looked at a few properties and since I have not done this before, I am a bit hesitant and not sure of which forms to use after I email my Realtor A LIST OF OFFERS....Ive seen REOs, Pre foreclosures, Foreclosures (on my own), etc. I am praying for this overwhelming-too much information-not enough information feeling to go away and be replaced by CLARITY! Why am I so scared? I read Profit..Now and feel like I am drawing a blank. Rosefield's post provided a little boost for me though. It says 'Actions are full time and offering is part time.' Ok so who else is at this stage??? Lets move forward together, there is money to be made! Any advice from our veterans is appreciated as well
Day 43
September 17th, 2011 | posted by AndySI know, you all thought I would have posted this by now but last night, I was just too tired and needed to go to sleep. I mean if I don't get my 3 or 4 hours of sleep each night, I'm worthless the next day
Yesterday's (day 43) news is that I finally got some ads posted looking for buyers. I skipped CL because I just have spent too much time working on it with no results. My ads just don't come up on CL. (Like my daddy always said " If they don't want my business, screw 'em!. So I did!)
I also posted on a couple of journals
Answered my Emails and PMs
Listened to the mentor call
Checked out a few free classifieds sites
Posted 4 ads on 2 of the sites
Then called it a night.
I'll post today's stuff later
Till then...

FIrst Networking Venture!
September 17th, 2011 | posted by dcnjHello Everyone:
My name is Domenica and I 'almost' completed all of Dean's course. Still have a couple of 'mentor calls' to upload, and haven't even seen all of the DVDs that were sent with the blueprint. However, up to this point, I must say that ALL of the mentors were just absolutely outstanding.
Andrea and Chip are very knowledgeable and wise for their young ages. Carol was probably 'the most' down-to-earth mentor of all. Greg Murphy made me laugh out loud on each and every one of his sessions several times. His method, his character and the 'accent' is totally refreshing...'just take out the ugly, and leave som meat on the bones' is hysterical and be with me forever. Matt Larsen was also a true inspiration and I still have some of his answers to my questions engrained in my head.
