I don't even know where to begain. I found Dean or I should say Dean found me through another site that all begain with his making speg. sauce. There is always something from everyone of you that touches something in me. I got two of his books and I am only a little over half way through one, and I am itching to get started. I am still a little unsure and think will this really work for me and can I do it? It brings tears to my eyes because today was the first day I actually said to someone that Im going to be getting into real estate investing. She maybe my first buyer?

The Keys

What we've done is a very logical process. The biggest thing I can say is we looked for properties that have the following criteria.
1. Days on Market -- The longer, the better. This doesn't mean that we didn't look at properties that have just been listed, just means that the longer the property has been on the market the more MOTIVATED the seller tends to be to more it.

Long story short, I have a friend at work that has given me the opportunity to find a buyer for him, but has a real estate agent. His house has been on the market for 7 months and is willing to do whatever it takes to sell his home. WHAT DO I DO WITH THIS OPPORTUNITY?

September 16th, 2011 | posted by AndySSo I was screwed again by Technology today. Was unable to get my broadband to work so I wasn't able to get online until tonight. I also got a window's warning saying my computer had just recovered from a serious issue and I have no idea what that was all about. I tried going to the websites to post ads using my dial-up connection but the sites were too graphic heavy so they were taking forever to open at such a slow speed. I figured my time was better spent trying to fix the broadband problem (which I did because I am here doing this now) and making more lures to help pay the bills.
This is what I did do today:
I answered some emails and PMs.
I was on the mentoring call
I wrote back to a fellow DGer in Tenn
Contacted new Agent about a meeting
Did my dailies

Taking the 1st step
September 16th, 2011 | posted by poorbabyOk, I received Dean's new book, contacted an agent, found one cash buyer, found 10 potential properties,
so far so good, right... well I would like to try the double closing since is a cash sale. Waiting for the agen to call me. Very nerves, I don't know if I'm doing the right thing. Should I try something else??
