One thing you always need to do is let people know you pay a referral fee. ALWAYS. I presently have more deals in my inbox than time to analyze. This is a great problem to have.

TRYING TO MAKE IT HAPPEN
September 6th, 2011 | posted by regcars2I have no money to invest in real estate. I'm reading DG books. But still not getting off the ground. I have never done real estate before just having a hard time and would like to get DG new programs that would help me out alot but do not have the money. Need some help with how to find invested that will pay a finders fee for the properties they are looking for if I do this than I can have money to get off the ground. How do I go about doing this. if anyone have any good tip can you pass it on to me.
Thank You

day 32
September 6th, 2011 | posted by AndySWell today was not a bust.
Followed up on some suggestions as to finding an agent. Sent out some emails to perspective agents and will call others tomorrow.
Answered PMs and emails
Spent about 3 hours tonight looking for properties in LW offered by agents that have a price reduction. Got a few addresses.
Did a little reading of Dean's new book as well.
Did my dailies.
Calling it a night.
Till tomorrow.....
PS: I know success is just around the corner. I just can't seem to find which corner I am at.
I've FINALLY STARTED MY FIRST STEPS
September 6th, 2011 | posted by theprofessionalOkay, so taking that first step was the hard part, now if I just keep moving forward and constantly improving success is certain.
I'm excited and very nervous. But the nerves have calmed down. However, for tomorrow I need to call earlier, because all my messages went to the machine! No matter, taking that first step was all that really mattered.
I will love to hear from other peoples experiences as well.
I AM AN ENTREPRENEUR!!!
