day 30

I guess you always need to be on your guard! I needed to make some money THIS month so I had to go back to making fishing lures because that's where my bills get paid from. So I decided that I was going to spend my day doing that and didn't do any computer work, email/ pm work, didn't even turn on my computer until 6 PM tonight. I go to my email and see that I got a response from the letter I sent out to the list of cash buyers. I got the message only to find out that it was too late to call. I will call tomorrow. I've got all my papers and questions ready for the call and hope that the investor is available (considering it's the holiday weekend.)

Other than that, I listened to the mentoring call tonight then listened to Matt's call from last night.
That's all I can do tonight.

How do I contact the owner of a property?

I am a newbie. I recently invested in Dean's Rock Bottom Blueprint and have read one of his books so far "30 Days to Real Estate Cash". An ex-employee of my company would like to purchase a house that she used to own. She sold the house a couple of years ago and is interested in buying it back. She has asked me to assist her. This will be my first deal. According to Zillow.com, the property is "bank owned". Can anyone tell me how to contact the owner/bank to make an offer? Thank you for your help! Scott

I remembered a young Realtor being at an Investor meeting I attend annually (Peter Conti's - Commercial Summit). Anyway, I looked & found the gentleman's biz card in the stack (stack of potential buyers, co-wholesalers, equity partners, etc..., not competition). ....Heck, I needed these biz cards in book anyway.....and anyway.....

No return calls or emails from my(?) agent yet (Starting to think he's not going to be the guy!)

No PMs or emails today

Made the long schlepp to PSL for my REA meeting. Went through terrible weather and was late to meeting. There was a small crowd there and they were mostly talking short sales in and around PSL which didn't help me too much. The people I wanted to network with were either not there or in a hurry to leave.

Did my dailies and calling it a night.
