So Here is our fist blog. We just finished up with our One on One with Randy. Man is this guy full of great knowledge . He blew our minds and showed us how easy it can be to become successful in real estate as long as you use all the resources out there that have been provided to all of us lucky DG family . I would have never thought that we would have been able to lock down 9 solid CASH $$$$$ buyers in only a couple hours of work . He also showed us how easy it is to run the #'s and make them work for us . Now on to the week action plan and try to lock down some properties and make our fist deal Thanks again Randy and everyone else in the DG network for helping us in our new journey ... So till next time all I can say to anyone else out there.

Has anyone run into a deal where the realtor told you he paid the sellers attorney to list a property

A few thoughts on tenants. Dean teaches us that there is no such thing as a bad tenant. Just bad landlords.

When I first started my education and my love for Real Estate, I thought that statement was ridiculous. If a tenant is not paying, or their destroying your property, or even if they call every other day because a faucet is leaking. How is that not a bad tenant? Because the landlord is at fault.

I've lived this. I feel like our company has always been pretty good with our tenants. Until one wasn't paying & hadn't payed for 2 months. The BAD landlord has a fit, evicts the tenant & sues them. We could have done that. It would have taken some to get someone else in to rent, but we could have had one in within a couple of months.

Just got done watching weekly wisdom #270. Dean let us take a look into his life with his family & how he has a family tradition every Christmas for the past 3 years. He goes around with his children & does something to touch someone in need on Christmas.

This touched my heart. My main goal in this his Real Estate thing is to help people. Touching people's lives is something that I want to do. Thanks for the video Dean! Everyone check it out!
