Hi-Rise Race in Hamilton

Stop the presses! The newest announcement to hit Hamilton Ontario and the re-gentrification of it's downtown core comes from the Hi-Rise Group, a development company from Toronto Ontario.
They are set to build a 16 storey residential live|work development project in James St.N which will be jointly owned by Hi-Rise and the Laborers' International Union of North America. The project is slated to begin a year from now with a sales center to be in place by March|April of next year.

First Milestone

Today, (December 23, 2013) I made a conscious decision. That decision was to read as much as I can and absorb as much real estate knowledge from Dean, his site, his books, the internet, etc. and store all information until I can get on US ground. I'm scheduling this for sometime in September 2014.

Fear or what?

I have studied but never did the action. I have owned my own business and have done very well. I want to do more in real estate than anything in my life. I am a high achiever so why can I not be successful in Real Estate. What is stopping me?

Hi every one out there.

I'm not new to real estate or making deals I've been investing, in Granite City Illinois since 2003 and have several properties, but have (currently) issues with cash flow. I read lots of Books on real estate, business, personal development. find that money runs very low at end of the month. My goal for this year is to solve this issue. planning on wholesaling a few buying and selling some even consider selling some of my holdings, for the right price. so my focus is to generate cash and improve cash flow.
