Looking for investors in the Snohomish/King County area

I am from Snohomish county and am looking for investors that might be interested in some killer deals I've found, I don't have any credit or enough money to start investing myself so bird dogging seems to be the best route at this time, I've been having a hard time finding investors in my area, I'm going to keep looking/posting on Craigslist and in the newspapers but if any of you know of trustworthy investors in my area it'd be greatly appreciated if you could help me out

I love this website and learn more and more every time

One in particular popped into mind for you as he has a solid group of financing behind him. Let me know if this might be of interest and we'll see what we can work out.

Have no credit or money to invest but would like to find buyers with money. My husband is a carpenter, and he can do some work on homes needed fix up. I am also from the Sno Co area and I was informed that the term "birddogging" is very very NONO in the REI world of WA by the REI Association of WA, but if you are looking of getting paid for finding and passing on the great deals then you need to be marketing your self as a Research Assistant

The legislators had a problem with it as it is a issue with the big problem with pre-foreclosures and moving in on them too is a class B Fellony I was told to do some reading up on our state laws and REI. I found that it has cut a tone of information out of the program because you can't advertise for distressed owners/homes at all.

here is the link to the REIA of Wa calendar page they are having a meeting on the 18th of Nov from 6-9pm registation is required and the meeting for nonmembers is 20 and membership is 129 (if you join that night then it is only 109 for membership) I went to the meeting this monday the 8th and I got 4 investors for my buyers list and a lot of good information.
