The 30 Day Deal

Finally starting this again. Will not stop this time!
I went to Remax and they said I need proof of funds to bid on deals. I have no funds. What now!

Also how do I find out what the forclosure price is and what the retail price is on a house that I want to bid on.I guess this will help me figure out what to offer? Does totalviewrealestate.com give those answers? Should I just go by what it says on value and estimate. A little confused. Maybe just take off .7% on all deals agent sends me?? Please help if you can. Thanks.

I was wondering, why can't a buyer's list, (yours), have no effect on making this happen?

I'm just sitting here and I think that if this agent cared AT ALL, the agent would at least check to see if you can match them up with buyer's. Cash buyer's really hits them because there yours to deal with NOT there's.

Did you stop, or did you keep going? (30 day deal)

What I keep seeing around this site is to use transactional funding, they provide proof of funds for you, then flip it over to the buyer that says yes!! from your buyer's list. Search funding forums on this site and you'll find it.
It's not up to the agent or anyone else. Just YOU.... meaning each individual investor and if it looks like it can work out, use partnering.

Don't forget to follow the superstars here you'll learn a bunch!
