Being a NEWS JUNKIE, especially in light of my past political activism, it was really quite EASY to turn off the NEWS for a while. Actually, with the negative campains most ALL the newbe's are running, crooks like Meg Witman in California for Goveror as an example, I took the "No NEWS Challenge" as a reminder that we really shouldn't need to be challenged to just shut it down. Every minute spend in political anger is a minute wasted! It was easy actually! I haven't turned on FOX NEWS (the national, not local FOX in L.A.) in 7 months now... I mean, who needs it?

As for Dean's teachings, they are just so cool. I haven't had this much fun since I hit the road as a young guitar/harmonical player, then took that passion into business! I'm looking for my first deal in between selling my own house and moving from Simi Valley, California to Arizona/Phoenix/Avondale... I'd like my first deal to come from here before the move.

Well I purchased prop #1 in June, prop #2 in July, prop #3 in September, prop #4 in October. One was no money down, two were lease options, and one was a cash buy.

Used essentially none of my own money in any of these deals, and went from 65$/mo REI income from a property management job in June to over 5,000$/mo gross in October.

4 properties, with a total of 10 units in all. Had a personal business goal of one property per month but am only scoring 80% out of 100 at this point. Looking forward to quitting my job at some point in 2011!

More amazing oppertunties from DG. After coming full circle with lots of othe RE investing guru's and products I can say 100% that Dean is the real deal...FINALLY.

It's in fact a huge weight off a person shoulders to find a place like this and people like Dean that are in it to help you, not just exploit people and info for $$$ then run away pockets full.

Remember a success story does not have a dollar amount on it. Whether you have made your first $5,000 or a million dollars does not matter. PS i was the one who called on the first SFL conference call that had to hide in the bathroom to listen to it.I was the last question that was asked and being able to talk to you live blew me away,and on that day i felt like i was so much closer to reaching my dream of being SFL sounds goofy, but its true and i knew then and there i would meet you in person one day soon..Thank you for everything you do for us dean!!!!!

Hello Everyone,

I have had a life changing experience after i bought Deans First book and basically everything that was available after that. I cant tell you the RUSH this program gives me. I had partnered with another DG member and since then we have closed (1) retail buyer with cash, profit 11,000 (none of our own money) We have 2 Cosings at the end of the month (cash buyer will profit 2500 on one and 2500 on #2) We had a lease option on one property which my partner and his wife moved into and did a full rehab. We will be settleing on 2 more Lease option by the end of the month or close to it and will get 4000 Down payment on 1 with a cash flow of 200 a month the other we will get 2500 down payment with a 200 cash flow a month. And many more to come. I just would like to THANK everyone that has encouraged me and kept me moving along with this program. Dean i can't THANK YOU enought for all that you do for this FAMILY! Thanks Again and i would Love to work with you on some deals.
