I am very excited! Quite honestly, we have sooo much great deals here in Houston TX and cashflows are huge but funding the property is always one common issue. So this new idea and program of yours will really get us to a whole new level. Let's rock and roll!

Count me in on these Cash Flow Deals, Dean. My fear left as I empowered myself with knowledge by becoming a Success Academy Student and really doing my homework and TAKING ACTION. The EDGE 2010 DVDs helped me the most. Dean, Matt, Greg, Rina, and so many others are AWESOME!! Even though I work a 9 to 5 job as a Legal Secretary in New Jersey, I know my future is bright. I find myself thinking that the folks that I work with are SUCKERS. I smile to myself all day long because I have a secret that they don't know about: I'M TRAINING TO BECOME A REAL ESTATE MILLIONAIRE !!

This is Shawn Downey and if you remember a few months back i was waiting on a check to buy SFL, and i didnt receive it in time before you closed it. Lucky for me you read my post and reopened and i was able to purchase. Again to your amazing heart and will to want people to succeed, "Thank you so Much."
As for us now, we are in dire straights. My wife has MS, my son is Autistic, and we just found out we possibly are having Twins, we will know after the next few days of Doc appointments. Its hard to work the schedule i work as a Store Manager opening the store 7am and then having to close it the same day at 9pm. I cannot find the time to do these deals. I wont lie im busting my tail and trying to teach the wife to help because she is home and its tough to be you lol.
BUT my heart is in it, i want to give back and be a Matt Larson, and come from nothing like you and give everything because i cherish it so much, so to this idea please keep me in mind, please! I have shot my credit, barely making it on the salary and now im in desperate mode because if we are having twins, plus logan being autistic, im not sure how in the heck living in a two bedroom trailor were going to make it. Wait i know "SFL and Real Estate." I truly thank you because without all this who knows where id be. Thanks again Dean.

I hope Atlanta is one of the places that you guys are thinking of because I am in one of the worst times of my life right now. I am without a job currently, have no money and my credit sucks! I've always been interested in Real Estate but have no idea what to do. So, I could really use someones help to begin. Please give me more information on what your going to do?

I feel very blessed to even be associated w/ Dean and the academy along w/ the rest of the DG family. I look forward to progressing in the academy so I can build momentum to make deals happen in those areas of the country. I know in order to do it right and take full advantage of the opportunity, its a must that I continue to take the proper steps. It's pretty awesome to do this all from welfare and I thank you Dean for your efforts in putting your knowledge together that we, who desire, can implement and reap the rewards for the actions taken. My problem is feeling that people will easily realize that I'm a newbie at this. How do you get people to feel confident that you know what you are doing? You have to be very convincing to get them to actually sign papers.
I want to thank Dean and all the ones in his circle that have helped me and so many others to learn so much. I only was able to afford the books but have learned a wealth of information. Dean...you have a big heart and I'm proud to feel like a part of the family.

This is so awesome. Can't wait to see if you can find some great areas in Southern California! I have my idea of what is hot here right now, but want to see what you come up with if you end up looking down here!

OK if you guys are looking for deal, my business is the one for you. I live in the Pittsburgh, PA area and we are the number one area in the nation for Real Estate, and PIttsburgh is the number one affordable city to live in as well.

I love this idea of private money Dean, and I think we need to chat because I can find you guys all kinds of killer deals in my area right now. have deals in the Poconos for me!!! Have no credit or money, so don't think it will work for me.

I've always been hesitant because of the next step, financing and just taking that next step. Sounds like your new plan will help me take that next step. I'm anxious to hear the details in the next few weeks and hopefully go for it.
