Hello Dean this sounds great. It's as though you have finally put togather a total package to help people get started in real estate by working with them to find properties and get them financed so this sounds like the ultimate goal and wish of many of us who are just getting started is have some one to work with from start to finish in taking us by the from showing us how in baby steps to and how to began
finding properites and buyers to getting a successful deal done. I think this blog is awsome and I can't wait to find out all the details of it and srarting to work with you. And
maybe you will be able tomake this affordable for me and others so that we can participate.

I could use some advice, I own a lot that a developer accidentally put a house on in error,the bank foreclosed on the house & made me an offer that I feel is to much, what are my options?? can you please give me some advice!!!

I need to learn from you . . . . .

I'm fairly new to your universe and it sounds HUGE, but exciting! Full of energy, full of creative activity and fulfilling goals.

I know we've all heard the saying, "Children add dimensions to our lives", and boy! does that hit home for me. I am a single mom with a 13 year old son and, when I realize how long a ways I have to go to get where I need to be for my son to get through college, as well as for me to become financially secure, it is overwhelming!

The more I read your book, Dean, the more tangible your RE investor business sounds to me. Scared to try something so new, living in the San Francisco Bay Area where there seems to be no limits in the RE realm, and wondering where, when, & how to start . . . . I need to learn this business from you, Dean, and your VIP team.

I think it’s awesome that you've developed and gathered a core of master investors to share in a brainstorming session. And bless you for always keeping us new-comers in mind to create a positive, win-win choice on our road to freedom.

Ok, I have the SFL system, by no mean am I going to say it doesn't work. I don't work it.
I use the excuse that I'm to overwhelm by the depressing job and long hours. But the truth is, I can't motive myself to do the necessary and I have poor credit and I have to settle some tax issues before I can start another business. I know that I just need to have more confidence in myself and just go for it!

Dean, you are a great inspiration, I just know that I need to do more to work my systems. Perhaps this next great incentive will help to get me off the can and do what necessary to move into a more freedom filled life.

I've been waiting for something like this.

I'm not sure what all the details are, however, it would be really nice to finally have someone that is already an experienced investor look at a deal and say... "Yes, jump on this deal!" and then even back it up by using their own money.

I know DG.com along with a lot of other blogs always suggest using hard money or private money to fund a deal, but its easy to suggest a method of teaching until you have to put your money where your mouth is.

I believe something like this would be HUGELY beneficial to new investors, truly creating the WIN/WIN scenario.

The seasoned investor would get a good return on his money and the new investor would get some much needed experience in properly evaluating property and not being held up by financing issues.

I know this would work for me, because there have been many times, where I think I've found the perfect deal, but then wonder, "who in the heck is going to give me money to invest in RE with some knowledge I got off some late night infomercial."

However, once you have some experience... everyone says the financing gets easier and easier. Well you got to start somewhere, and this just may be it.

All of 2010 I see lots of really great profit potential properties. I have an amazing number of people in my area wanting better quality livable rental properties. I can cash flow all I can buy easily. My only problem is with a loan for the house I live in, plus the loan for another rent house. I do not qualify for a Third home loan. Even though I could easily rent them to cover the loan plus extra monthly cash. I can find as many of these as I can get the loans for. I have joined Deans Success Academy,but no luck with no financing. I truly hope this is what I've been looking for.

Properties in Clarke county including Winterville city have lost 'much equity' in this housing crisis. Including my own.
Eighteen months awaiting for 'mortgage servicer' to move on an affordable option for me. For Real!!
