Hi Dean

I would love to know about finding deals in other winning areas. I have been working my area for an embarrassing long time without much success. I live in a vortex of Colorado (resort area) where the market is still dropping thus making people afraid to buy. As for foreclosures people will not even move as a result their homes become REOs and they are nonassignable. I have begun to birddog outside of my area as an alternative because I realized I would need to move beyond my town for now. The upside is I live in an untapped market. What has happened the past number of years all over the country is now happening here and no one is working it. So this is a ground level opportunity. Never giving up!

I wondered why, with all the blessings you've had in REAL ESTATE you would'nt help out your students sometimes with either buying a property they found or financing them to get a property. Some may just want a home or some long for a business. After starting my lease option business in Texas and then having the door shut on my progress because of the state laws, I am looking for homes I can rent out either locally or nationally and I think you guys are headed in the right direction. Oooooh Dean, how I need some help here in Chicago. I really need buyers. Almost every letter I mailed out to the cash buyers on the SFL system came back stating address unknown and no foward address. So don't forget me too!
