Dean Graziosi Weekly Video Blog #102 -

I am still shocked at all that I have taken from this site and all of you that I can't work fast enough. Todays blog is an even bigger step than any of the previous and I am definatly going to be a part of this. I don't know what I have to do to be a part of the brain storming sessions but man I would give anything to be in that room.

I am anxiously awaiting the next step and wish you all continued success!

1st. i would like to say u guys are doing a graet
job. I just finish whiching the edga part 10 & now receiving the SFL blue prints & i am having a wonderful time. Dean I did just what you said this weekend with the family & we had a graet time. Some times you just forget your you don.t put time out for just that but I'm goint to put thta on my list to do at list ones a mounth.
Thanks again and keep up the good work.
Can't wait to here from the team your putting to gether & i wish & pray that I can be part of your them 1 of this day up coming if not sooner.

I'm in the same poistion as some people, don't have the money. I employed but work is very slow.
I really! would like to know more what you all are talking of doing and to see if it's something I could be involved in an take part.
I like to one day be setting with you Dean and group of others, to look at other idea's and way's to make money and most important one to ( HELP OTHER'S.) Just like the Movie ( Pay it Forward ).

Dean I have been checking out so many properties for ever. Currently own home, income producing lot and another residential land lot. All were purchased under different circumstances in the OLD market.,

Now I see opportunity everywhere, but funding is so different as well as circumstances.

I know these can be good deals but have to put together the right deal. Looking for some guidance.

I am a former machine shop owner. I supplied machined parts to companies like Caterpillar, John Deere, etc. My business failed because of the construction crash, and subsequent stalled construction equipment purchases. My personal chapter 7 bankruptcy debt was discharged on June 2, 2010. I am currently hawking AT&T U-Verse door-to-door. I had a real estate license in the past. I have not seen any street I have visited in the last 3 months that did't have at least 3 for sales signs on the street. I don't have any cash and I have chapter 7 credit. I am very interested in real estate investing and I am looking forward to participating in your investing program. I live in St. Louis, MO.

I have to say I wanted so bad to get in on the SFL program but unfortunately we are also hanging by the inevitable string, trying to improve our credit and get the $ together to get started on something - anything. I keep coming back hoping to find something to get me over my little hump here, I have to say Dean you always motivate me. Me and my husband have done amazing things in just the last year but I still need just a bit of help getting my first property. I know if I got the chance I could run with it, my problem is not the lack of drive but cash flow and credit are the only things holding us back right now. Thank you for all the wonderful postings and to the other students.

I have been a part of success academy for almost 4 months now, but have not been able to do any deals simply due to lack of capital. Private money sounds great and I am very excited to hear what you have to offer, yet again. I have found several good deals, but either the financing was an issue or simply getting the owner to have confidence in my services. I am very new to this business, but knowledgeable, however when it comes to getting my point across and gain the seller's confidence I fall short. I know, I need help and this just might be the last piece of the puzzle.

Dean, I'm not telling you how to use your money, but I am ASKING you to CONSIDER these things:

Even though all of us in the DG Family were NOT sitting in with you on the Brainstorming, I know that YOU VALUE EACH DG Member and consider EACH comment made on the site as part of a Brainstorming Effort.

I'm not really good at the comprehension of some things, so I'm not fully understanding what you are proposing to do. It sounds GREAT though.

I'm sure as time goes on and from other comments, I will "get it".

I've seen others' comments about the Success Academy and how they are getting all kinds of "offers" for "other" things.
THAT HAS gotten some feeling VERY DOWN and DISSAPPOINTED because it doesn't MATCH with WHO YOU ARE.

I've often wondered why MORE music artists don't start their own record companies or MORE book writers don't have their own publishing companies.
Then they could help themselves and SO MANY more artists "get in the door". THEY would be in "the DRIVER'S SEAT", (so to speak), and THEY WOULD decide WHAT'S GOOD music or reading.

I think the same illustration applies to Dean Graziosi's,
"The REAL DEAL" Real Estate Investing Group of MANY SERVICES !!

(Please correct me if I'm mistaken about the Success Academy):

Do you contract out the Success Academy?
Is this the same company used by another known
RE Investor?

I was telling another person, it seems with the resources you have of finances and VERY experienced and successful DG students, that you could start your OWN Academy.

Then, YOU can control WHO and WHAT your students will be taught and offered. It will TRULY separate you EVEN MORE from the rest as "The REAL DEAL"!

It really does seem that if some other BIG THINGS (like you are working on) were done "in house", as Jim Kendrick mentioned, that it would TRULY MAKE IT the "DEAN GRAZIOSI" brand !!

I know one of your greatest goals is to help PEOPLE. I think starting YOUR OWN ALMOST EVERYTHING would really help to accomplish that !!

Obviously, it will still come down to EACH ONE of us doing the legwork we have to do.

One last thing, I see people are mentioning different workshops of yours, etc... they are going to.

How are people hearing about these things? Is it only for the Success Academy Students?

I think the competition uses the same layout of going to (their academy) as the ultimate "sales item".

If DG could BREAK THAT MOLD of thinking and "products" that the competition uses, that would be EXCELLENT !!

That way, your "TOOLS" will COMPLETELY MATCH your genuinely sincere attitude of being "A Business of HELPING PEOPLE" !!

Thank You for everything...U have really awaken me to have the urge again to believe that there is someone who cares to help others succeed. And I would like to do the same and pay it back as soon as I can. As I could see, I and other DG members are anxious to try this out. We need all the help we can get, some of us need the financial kick just to give us that shove....the rest should come easy cause we got the knowledge from U. I would love to be on a think tank like the one you had this weekend! I joined the Success Academy in Oct. I've taken so many different course but your (Dean) books and courses have the one thing that really gets me going, YOU CARE. it's more then making great money, you teach that it really is about helping others out of bad times and teaching people how to live there best life!

I would love to be on the next think tank. I have so many ideas and just can't seem to get them out there.

I can't wait to see how your new purchasing program goes. I'm currently working on the fast cash program at the Success Academy, but in the long run I plan to have several cash flowing properties so I can focus on helping others do the same.
