These videos are so inspiration to so many countless people. To see average everyday people succeed at this is so motivational! I will DEFINITELY be entering next year.

Wow, how exciting for John and the runners up. I have to get going....I know it. Dean, your videos are truly inspiring. I'm grateful that you're not giving up on us because I really need this.

Congrats to the winners! Thanks Dean for all you do for us and to keep us on track. Looking at a 1.1 million dollar apartment mixed use complex that is a distressed sale. Excited to be able to buy it and bring it up to speed with rents/repairs/ and putting the commercial space up to date with price/use.

Hello Dean,

Although I found and read 'Be a RE Millionaire' and the DG blog in October 2010, today is the day I finished listening to all 117 of your video blogs (less a few indicated below, which I would love to watch again).

With that and reading 'Profit from RE Right Now' and I am currently reading 'Your Town Your RE Profits', I feel very confident with the 'knowledge' and encouragement building (as I have had a few naysayers tear me down, so I watched ALL of your video blogs to help encourage me and build me back up again).

Tomorrow (thanks to Justin's kindness and patience), I will be signed up for the Success Academy, so I can start taking 'ACTION' (which I know is the next step needed to make my dreams a reality). I cannot wait to do my first deal to really get started, as I know that is the hurdle that stands between me and my dreams!!!

Admittedly, I am terrified, as I am in one of the highest priced markets in California, so my lack of experience and confidence terrifies me .... but I loved hearing (on blog #111) about the guy from California who will be at the Gain the EDGE event who made $80K on his first deal! That was VERY encouraging being that I don't live in a land of $15 - 50K houses. (Our houses started at 10++ times that amount.)

Dean, I cannot wait to be one of your DG Success Stories -AND- if all goes well (and there is still room by the time I make enough money) I am hoping to get to one of my first goals of getting to the Gain The E.D.G.E. Event 2011! Wish me luck!

I just wanted to post that I had the pleasure of attending Dean's Insider's Edge seminar in the Dallas/Fort Worth area today. 4 and 1/2 hours of "non-stop" action...The guys were great that were doing the "presentations". I encourage everyone to attend this event IF it comes to your area!! This was simply awesome! I received a digital camera and The Insider's Edge DVD that includes 2 of Deans best selling books!! I really did enjoy myself. My husband and I went together and he also enjoyed hisself too. Thanks Dean!!! I am even more "fired up" to succeed!!
