Hey Dean, I am interested in the third option. I would like to buy cheat and rehab the properties. Then Retail them to home buyers with lease options to buy in 2 yrs. Not just because of the market but I love the whole process of turning it from a eyesore to somethinng someone can be proud to live that was done by me.

Thanks Dean. I'm low on cash so wholesaling is for me right now. Want to work into rehabbing down the road. Need to get some wholesale deals under my belt and save up some money. Nothing I have made offers on have been accepted as of yet.

I recently attended your introductary seminar and was deeply impressed with both the presenters and the various programs you offer. Despite that I could not sign up for any of the training at that time, I do fully intend to take advantage of each program. I can see that each one offers great earning potential and wether I am successful at all income streams, the education alone is so valuable and offers hope which I am not finding the the mainstream of jobs on the market today. Thanks so much for your work to help others.
