Dean, you are truly one of a kind; and your wife and daughter are so blessed to have you in their lives - and vice-versa, I am sure.

Because of the money situation, my main focus is on wholesaling right now. The other will have to be revived later!

Right now wholesaling is the way for me. The cheaper the better. I have been learning many other techniques through PMI, but I have not put them into play yet. I want to try as many techniques that will work for me as I can.

I am more interested in wholesaling at the moment. Down the line my dream is to buy houses, fix up, and sell,helping to reclaim neighborhoods, doing the financing myself. In other words, where I want to get to is to have my money make money. That is where true long-term wealth lies. Thanks for all the great info. I am submitting my first deal this week, so I am very excited!

wholesale is what i'm interested in, but the problem is that i am on disability, being on a fixed income makes it hard to get involved.

I am interested in buying and holding, but with networking (like the great people I've found here) I do wholesaling/birddog type things for extra money. Like those above me the lending situation is holding me back a little.

I have yet to go any farther, simply because I am still a part of the birddogging process. I love to do it because it more simpler for me. I haven't been successful at it, but Dean I am still fighting to find the right the people to work with on both sides. I won't give and hopefully I can move on to bigger and much better deals like wholesaling which I think is much easier to do second to being a bird-dog.

We want to accumulate some long term real estate. We know how to rehab, but not how to buy cheap or rent it for cash flow.

I am interested most in buying cheap, fixing up, and renting out the property. The rental market is good, and the market is low to buy so it makes sense to buy and hold and wait for the market to go up while the renter gives me positive cash flow.

Wholesale!!! We don't have ANY $$$$$, NO savings and living paycheck to paycheck. I'm wanting to retire in 3 years, and my husband's retirement checks WILL end in about 8 years. We're both 56 yrs. old; first time grandparents;) so we HAVE to do something NOW. Thanks Dean, for caring!!!!

I need to wholesale now, but really want to buy and hold in the future. Then when I get to that point I would like to continue doing all three.

I'm also interested in wholesaling then I'd like to do what Greg Murphy taught us with rentals. Everyone seems to be renting now and rent costs are going up. Thirdly, I'd like to buy low, fix and retail.

We are just getting started but thought we would like to start with a flip for the quick cash then move to buy and hold.

Dean I believe that selling some quick is ok but I rather keep them long term for posative income and maybe sell later but probably keep as a retirement plan

I want to become financially independent so that I can provide for my little girl's future. I want to send her to the best preschool, elementary, high school and college money can buy. I want to leave her an incredible education, a legacy, and all the choices and options the world has to offer. I want to avoid her any stresses having to do with finance so that all she has to do is take care of her mind, body, spirit...just her overall well-being.

I have learned a thing or two about RE investing but have fallen a bit short from hitting my target. I have only flipped 3 properties in 3 years...my goal has always been to wholesale atleast 6 properties per year to be able to make atleast 60K per year...that's all.

I don't want to be too greedy but anything above and beyond that would be icing on the cake, with a cherry on top;)! But I do believe that it's not how much you make that counts, but how much you keep by investing and managing your finances property that counts the most.

I believe in people helping people and enjoying the gift of life to the fullest and above all, being grateful to God for this wonderful gift of life.

I'm postitive I can be successful with Wholesaling, which is of the most interest to me at the moment, due to monetary, and credit issues. Teach me everything I neeed to know please and I will go out there and succeed!!!
