At this time Wholesaling is what I'm most interested in, but would eventually like to buy with positive cash flow.

Would love to effectively buy and hold but struggling with getting bids accepted. I am also a fan of the flip with wholesaling probably being least interesting to me at this time. Thanks for whatever info that you continue to provide. I love hearing you every week to get motivation to get back out there to make more offers.

Yes, I would love to start wholesaling....I am broker then a church rat!! No joke! Then I'm interested in buying for cheap and then renting it for positive cash flow! Now if I could do that...I broke church rat will turn into a happy happy princess By the way I go to church every Sunday

I'm more interested in buying really cheap and renting and when the market gets around then selling for a profit

At this time I am interested in the wholesaling. But in the future I would like to try all 3 aspects.

I am ready, able and willing to engage in wholesale properties. An opportunity I have been waiting for. Making money without touching any tool. Yes, I Can.

Primarily, I like to buy cheap (with limited rehab necessary) and rent for cash flow. But I would not look a gift horse in the mouth if a great wholesale deal presented itself.

BTW Dean, don't sweat too much getting the embarassing stuff off the IPAD.... we've all embarassed ourselves at some point in time in life. LOL.

Wholesaleing is my desire at this time. The house next door to me just foreclosed, but I'm kinda aprehensive about checking into it. I eventually want to buy & flip as well as buy and hold, but right now I need to build up some cash flow, so wholesaling is the logical answer. If I win the IPAD, my kids will have to show me how to use it. LOL

I am into buying cheap, fixing up and holding and renting for cash flow until the market goes back up, then selling.

I'd like to go with all three ways. If one doesn't work, I will have the others to try in the process. Cleaned up my credit and I'm only 26 points away from the 640. It has taken time and effort, but I'm getting there. Your motivation has kept me moving forward, and I will continue until I get there.

I'm most interested in buying, fixing and selling, but since I don't have any cash to invest, I'd have to start with wholesaling.

Wholesale for me to gain starter capital. Later I'd like to buy, fix, and rent for constant cash flow. Your encouragements keep me going!

I would prefer tobuy at a very low cost,fix it up and rent it out.Then about a year or 2 from then I would like to sell.

I am new at this so I am currently trying to wholesale. Haven't had a deal yet, but waiting for the big one to happen soon!!

The three ways made me see money signs, so again It opened my mind to the easier way..

Wholesaling is for me, mainly because you can
service many hungry investors at once without them having to waste their time looking for deals.

The faster we move properties, the faster we get
our neighborhoods in better shape, and families into new homes.
