Wholesale

I am also one of those individuals who needs to earn some money quickly and I don't have the financial resources to buy and flip or buy and hold. That leaves me the option of doing wholesale deals until I've been able to raise enough capital for a flip and then progress to buying property and using it for rental. My goal is to generate enough passive income through rental property to enable my wife and myself to both retire within the next two to three years.

Hey Dean- I am much more interested at this stage to do the buy low and sell w/o much time or fixing to be invested. After I am doing a few of those deals and building a cash bank up, I would want to buy low, fix and rent. Thanks.

I been unemployed since Dec 2010 yet to make my 1st deal so receiving your Ipad could only help my cause and others. Wholesale, Flip Buy & Hold

That's a tough question because it all deals with cash flow; if I had the cash flow, I would purchase and hold, for future investment; that said. I also enjoy fixing and selling to make a quick profit; lastly wholesaling allows you to get started with hardly any money. If wholesaling is going to get me started today, then that's the decision with the future goal of buying and holding.

Hello Dean! Hello everyone.

My first interest is in wholesaling and making a profit quickly.

I'm also looking for a minimum 2 BR 2 Bath place in the Burbank, North Hollywood, Sherman Oaks, Van Nuys, CA area to start a Bed and Breakfast. I could rent or own this property.

One long-term goal I have is to build tiny apartments that are very affordable to reduce homelessness. If you don't have $500 to move into a studio apartment, you can't move in! But what if you needed only $150 or $200, or just the weekly rent of $50? More people going through tough times can come up with that, and now they avoid homelessness, life stays manageable, and they have a fighting chance. After homelessness, even a tiny apartment feels like a palace!

No money got to start with wholesaleing

Wholesale is what I've been working on and it's about my only option.

I am sorry dean I just cannot choose I think all of them are off the hook!That just slain talk for they all are just great.If I had to choose for now ,because I dont have much money it would be wholesaling.But if I didnt have to choose I would say all three of them. Strategy.....strategy

Hi Dean,

The biggest problem is the cash to buy properties so wholesaling would be good to start for quick cash but at the end I'm definitely most interested in buying properties at great discounts, fixing them up and renting them out forever.

The 3 Choices

At this point in time I would like to rent to generate a constant cashflow and replace my current paycheck with rent check. Then maybe flip one or two once in a while when you can't pass the deal up.

it's all about Wholesaling for us. Getting our feet wet and building experience.

Pick your poison?

Not scary for me at all... I like getting my hands dirty once in a while, so I currently prefer buying at the right price, polishing it up quickly, and selling it at another right price for a nice profit. That's what I'm looking for right now. I already have one that I am renting out for a positive cash flow that I bought at auction and fixed up. I'm also a new investor in the Graziosi "family", so I'm still working on my buyer and seller list for future success in wholesaling.
