I Dont want the i pad, i probably wont know how to use it !! What i do want is to wholesale some property. I have been in the Success Academy for 9 months now,,,, and cant seem to get things going ???? not sure what i'm doing wrong, but I am on the edge of bankruptcy and not sure how to fire things up ???? Can you or someone PLEASE give me something that is going to get me moving, I cant seem to find the abundance of investors that are buying properties that the program speaks of, where do I find them ??? Since I need fast cash before I can do anything else, Wholesaling is my focus. Eventually I would like to hold, or flip. But for now with no cash and garbage credit, wholesaling is my focus.

First, right now I would like to flip things quick to make some money. Times are a little tough right now. My goal after that, once I can get a little relaxed, I would like to fix some up and sell them and also rent some out. A little of each, or actually a lot of each. But first, right now roll some quick to make some money. Thank you Steve

Wholesaling is best for a person to make quick cash who does not want to spend time on issues that might still earn, but at a delayed pace. I'm still interested in the other two methods, but I am just getting stated, and will likely use all three methods as I quickly become financially established at a level that generated income begins to flow in so quickly that it allows me to diversify! =D

Wholesaling. I've got no cash and no credit. Being unemployed for 7 months in 2010 for the first time in 26 years wrecked my credit. I want to get it all back. I want to take the plunge into wholesaling first, and then when I build up the bank account, I really want to Fix and Flip for bigger profits and I will really enjoy doing it.

Presently I don't have a lot of capital to invest,so this is the way I want to wade into the water.

Dean, I am more interested in buying property cheap, really cheap, fixing if needed and renting for cashflow. That is what interests me and what my goals are aimed towards. For good measure and good vibrations, IPAd energy come my way, pick me, you want to pick me...

I would rather do the flipping but realistically I need to build up my bank account. So I would say wholeselling for now.

All of those choices sound good.

I would prefer to buy, minor rehab, and hold for cash flow. This will enable me to help others who are seeking to acquire a home and/or an asset. It will also help me prepare for the other two methods.
