I PAD Drawing

I am also having trouble picking just one.

Right now having a buyer's list and finding the property. But when I have a few $ under my belt, my dream is to buy low, fix up and hold. I am interested in learning as much as I can about all three.

Thanks Dean!

IPAD Drawing

Dean, My dream is to buy and hold! I have bought, fixed up and sold a few homes, but now I am more interested in the monthly cash flow.

Thanks

answer to your blog question

I would like to learn how to buy to make money renting, but unable to afford your siminars due to the fact that they cost more than what i have coming in a month and if I took all i had to go to one of them then I would then be homeless since i rent.

IPAD

I am leaning toward buying cheep renting and selling later. Just starting out. I am finishing up PMI course. EXCITED AND CANT WAIT FOR FIRST DEAL!!

Choices

aerospaceman's picture

There is only one choice for me, to participate! Learning wholesaling is just a little different than fix and flip but needing cash would make wholesaling the priority. I don't have a tablet but It sure would be nice. Even nicer would be to learn something new, smile!

Absolutely Amazing

Dean I'm interested in all 3 but since my wife just got laid off and my hours were already cut I need to wholesale my way out of this hole.

You keep me going
Thanks
Don

I like wholesale.

I like wholesale.

Decisions ! Decisions! Decisions!

Currently doing a rehab. A ton of work ( doing most of it myself) and my profit is slipping away as time goes by. May have to do a lease/option to come out on top on this one. Right now wholesaling is looking pretty good to me. So my answere would be wholesaling for quick cash to fund more deals. Thanks Dean. You always come up with great ideas for motivation.

INTRESTING wholesaling

Hi Dean
I would like to do wholesaling successfully for fast cash now.

Buying Low & Holding

Hi Dean,

I'm interested in buying at a low price and renting the properties; thus creating a patrimony. I would love to teach my children to do this business and have them run it. First I have to buy my first house; which has been a long dreaded dream. I want to learn this business and actually fulfill this great desire of being finacially independent. Will keep at it and with your help; I'll achieve my dream!!!!

Blessings!!!
Lopezbee

Pick One

I'm more interested in the Buy - Rehab - Rent for positive cash flow option. Thanks!

interesting

Hi Dean keep up the very good work you are doing. i am am interested in wholesaling successfully for fast cash.

Ipad offer.

I'm interested in all three but am most interested in owning rental property.

Possibly any of the three

I am subject to go with any of the three, for me it would depend on the property to see what it lean't itself to. I would go the direction that seemed most profitable for the given situation.

What method do I like best?

Actually I like all three alternatives. I prefer to buy and keep awhile for right now, although wholesaling is also good and so is retailing.

OK

That would be wholesaling for me!!

whole sale

this is the only pat i can follow rigth now .don have the founding for the other options.

Fix N Flip

While I haven't had the chance to do so yet Dean, I'm also not letting others get in my way anymore! I have a property currently that is a contract buy and I've put in lots of hours of work into fixing it. Now I just need to find someone to rent it to and then I'll be making some money for a change!

wholesale

All three are good but if I had to pick, I'd choose wholesale. Given my situation, it would be the easiest way to get some confidence in real estate.

Good to gol

Hi Dean, I am interesting in wholesale.

Great Blog Cool IPad

ok so I haven't done a deal yet but I would love to wholesale first because I have no money to start with & then I would love to flip & hold.

answer to your question

right now wholesale works the best , unless the property is in good shape and good area anr ripe for a lease/option for 3 to 5 years . Bob

Wholesale

Hi Dean,

I am interested in Wholesale. The quickest and most easy way to do it.

Buy and Hold

I am investing for the future, so the buy and hold strategy works best for me.

Currently have two rental properties with positive cash flow and I'm in the process of closing on two more properties in the next few weeks.

Thank you Dean for all your help, inspiration and encouragement.

Earl.

IPAD

I am interested in wholesaling to start and then move on to buying and selling after fixing up.

Rentals-For Sure

I'm interested in buying low, fixing if needed, and renting. I've finally begun paying for my first house (incredible deal), and it's to serve as a jumping off point in about a year for me.

I like the idea of having a permanent cash flow. At first there is no guarantee but after 50 houses there is a huge monthly net possibility.
