Hi Dean,
Buy and hold with positive cash flow is what I like to do.
Wholesaling is what I am learning more about so I can replenish the cash to do more buy and hold.

Dean--Nice of you to offer up your personal IPad. I'm most interested in buying and holding for rental properties at this point. I'll be 50 this year and need to start thinking about having cash flow for retirement!

By the way, went to Boots on the Ground this weekend with Joe and Chad. Took my 17-year old son with me and we both had an awesome time! Your team was great as always.

Haven't been on here in a few weeks..(life happend). I admit..I have been shooting myself in the foot, leg, hand, all that by not getting over my fear of failure and being active...DONE WITH THAT! And after that, buy low and rent for cash flow. I am not really interested in fixer upper, too messy for me

Wholesaling would be best for me as I have no cash or credit.

I have used my money to invest in my education with the Insider's Edge; so for now I am interested in wholesale and quick cash. I would like to work up to buying, fixing and holding onto for residual income for my family's future. Thanks for this wonderful opportunity Dean.

I am interested in wholesale, I have been pushing to establish a buyer and seller list but have been unsucessful(I have not given up though), it seems that right now for me buying fixing and either flipping or renting is the most do able method right now.

As myself, I chose wholesale for quickcash because my credit isn't good at this time for financing.

I believe in my area it's a good time to rehab several middle to lower properties and whole sale them when the market goes up. Most people are renting and are looking for just the affordable, not the most comfortable! I think hitting in the middle where affordability still meets higher networth in the hump of the market is a fairly safe game!

I am interested in wholesaling to start to build up my cash, then move into fixing and flipping and fixing and renting out (alternate)...so D all the above!!

Dean, I am working two jobs and struggling. I need to make money quickly so wholesale would be my choice at this time.

I love rehabing but I don't have the money or the time right now, so that will come later.

I guess if I had to choose one, right now it would be wholesaling for quick cash. Of course, right now I would settle for any kind of deal, just to get started, we still haven't been able to get a single offer accepted. It's already been a couple of years, wish we could figure out what we're doing wrong.

I would have to say that wholesaling is my first choice since it has a quicker turn around time. I would definitely be interested in the other two once I get caught up on a few things.
