I'm definitely most interested in buying properties at great discounts,fixing them up
(if needed) and renting them out and then selling them when the market goes back up in the long run you win more profit.

I'm excited to do all of them, but for starters...Wholesaling for some quick cash. Then, my plan is to pick up one or two rentals - then rehabbing and selling them for under the fair market value to try and "pay it forward".

We have done 2 of the three, and that is where our comfort level is at this point. Things work a lot differently here in Canada. We have bought, reno'd and held to rent...still own one, sold one for good profit after 2 years. Have also done a couple of flips/rehabs. Also, bought distressed, moved in, reno and sell every 5 years to move way up the property ladder very quickly. We now have great credit with equity in our properties...want to get that credit working in Florida SOON!

Currently I wholesale and eventually will buy and hold.

I am interested more in the wholesale market at this time. Contract them cheap and pass the savings on . Once I get some sales.under my belt and feeling more secure financially. I can find one to buy and live in. Courthouse date is is fourteen days away. Working for a break thru. Poise is the key under pressure now. Oh yes wholesaling is my ticket to financial freedom. I'd like to buy, fix up, RENT FOT A PROFIT and then sell for a profit. It seems that right now the RENTAL market is booming.

I want to buy, fix, and rent for positive cash flow. I am trying to convince friends, family, and strangers to invest with me since I don't have the cash. I know other investors in my area, so if I lock up a house that I don't like I will present it to them. But I am not pushing like crazy to wholesale. If I can get the positive cash flow on enough rentals I can quit my JOB.

I am really excited to do Rehabs!

However, being a newbie - Wholesaling is more my nitch that I'm working to master to get some cash flow to allow me the leverage to do Rehabing. I am really interested in doing all aspects of Investing, but I think Rehabbing will be the most fun, as I get to take a dump and make it someones Dream!!

I'm interested in the Fix & Flip aspect but for know due to my situation I have to start out with Wholesaleing which I also like because you can make quick cash & you don't have to use your own money to get started.

I am more interested in the wholesale process for start-up cash, because I am very tight in my finances right now, and I have a lot of people depending on what little money I have. After making a little cash I would be interested in buying and fixing and reselling. Eventually, my goal is to buy, fix up, hold onto, and rent many properties. Renting is where I can help more good people who really need help.

I like the idea of wholesaling but the market is really tough right now. currently I am buying to hold to create a future income.

I am interested in getting into wholesaling, and I think this is a great economy to do it in. I think buying and holding would be the most lucrative, but for my situation wholesaling would be more realistic.

Wholesaling sounds the best for me.
