Dean, Thanks again for keeping us up to date and involved in what's going on.

I personally enjoy the buy low, fix and flip method. I work a daily job as a plumbing technician but I can also completely remodel a house. I have been around the construction trade since I was a kid so its easy for me to walk in a house and tell how much and what it needs so I enjoy this method more.

With that said, all the techniques are wonderful and I've done all. Thank you again for the motivation and confidence!!

As I am all new to this, I don't know yet what I would prefer. I want to try all three options, one at a time, to see which one fits me best.

I haven't yet started, but my real interest is in finding real estate at a good price, doing renos as necessary and keeping them as income properties.

If I were using your program at all I'd most likely be wholesaling to begin and at the first chance I'd buy and hold (renting for steady cash flow)

I really wish I had received the support that so many blog about and what I expected to receive after going for your 3 day seminar. Its so hard to know who to trust-there are so many that just take advantage. Honestly, I've only put short amounts of attention to all of this, and reading some of the comments of others and viewing your videos makes me feel as though I have found something that really could be real to me and my family. I have always felt that profit was in properties, and as time passes my family is getting to see it a little clearer also.

Actually I think that buying low and holding is the best way to make money in real estate. I have rehabbed and rented which is OK if you have time to manage the properties. However I will use what is necessary to make a living and fits the situation att the time.

I'm more interested in rehab, hold and rent. Prices seem to continue to drop in my neck of the woods which is good and bad.

I'm looking to buy really cheap, fix, and then rent for positive cash flow.

I'd like to purchase with no cash and hold.

When I became a single mom (after a 20 yr. marriage) I had no clue how I could stay home to raise my daughters, but it was important to me. I discovered 'fixer-uppers'. Boy do I have an amazing story about my first fixer!! yikes! Yes, we moved a lot, as equity was my paycheck, but not only did I get to be home with my girls, I became a very good plumber, novice carpenter & have even roofed once. I am 52 & still at it! So the market isn't quite what it is, but I just helped my boyfriend build a 13' wall in one of his rentals. As a 'mature' woman, I am finding I still like power tools more then shoes!!! So I will stick with what I know....buy to fix, sell at a profit!!! What a ride!

Dean, I used to buy, fix and flip. In this market it is certainly more difficult to find money (financing). I have changed to buying a few select properties and holding them. I'll rent until the market goes up. I have a few with contracts on them for 2-5 years down the road. Central Oregon is a very difficult market.

Gimme your IPAD.

Working wholesale is an art form, but of the 3 this is the one that interests me most.

Feel burnt with rentals, and retail at present seems to take a long time to get completed whilst the market place is still changing.

Right now my interest is in buying fixing up and renting and refinancing to get my money out and letting the rental income cover expenses

I like all 3 choices... But I suppose at this time... I would buy low, Fix them up and flip them. Right now I need the most BANG for the buck.

I think the market will turn soon! I want buy below wholesale, fix up and flip. Need to do this until my cash has doubled to 200k then buy low, fix and cash flow.

I like buying below market and holding for rental income because that's what I've done most of. I'm also fixing up my first house to flip to a retail buyer. I'd like to learn how to wholesale - matching up sellers and buyers.

I don't have much time or money. I would go for wholesale at least initially. I am a total newbie in real estate. Bought my first house for myself in October.
