1. Wholesale

2.Buy Low in order to "Flip"

3.Hold Rental's For Higher Profit

The reason I would start with Wholesaling is not only to get quick cash for my pocket.But also start saving some money in order to buy properties cheap and flip them.I would also be looking for properties to buy in order to hold as rentals for xtra income and when the market is right I could sell some for a higher price.

I would like to wholesale because I don’t have much money and would like to get me some fast cash to obtain a vehicle of my preference, as well as save what is left to invest in real estate, as i have always wanted to pursue as a career, so having the buyers and sellers list would be very accommodating to start jump me on a career to eventually grasp the financial freedom and financial stability, that I seek for my life; the foundation of my real estate career
I would, then, also like to or eventually get to, buying really cheap, fixing it up really well, and then flipping it to make a huge spread recovery in my profit, so that I can continue on investing in the business world of real estate; the walls to hold me up and progress forward in my new real estate career
I would, lastly, like to buy invest in making or buying a few homes or apartment complex properties to live in with my family, as well as have some to rent out for monthly positive cash flow, and then eventually sell for a huge stack of profit when the market starts to climax again and reaches its full APEX; the roof and completion of successes of my real estate career
So, when you look at it Dean, I want all 3 because the wholesaling will be my beginning and starting point, shall we say, my introduction to the world of real estate and more positive cash flow than anything else I’ve ever started in, then the second of the 3 which is to buy cheap, fix, then flip for big spread will be my transitional, or continued progressive steps to assist in the flow of my new real estate career, and rentals or creating habitats for myself, my family and for renters to conclude my real estate career but to keep it vibrant and alive even after the Peak of Success has been acquired

i need the quick cash, i rather wholesale for the short time being.

Right now we are looking for properties to buy cheap, fix up, and rent for cash flow. The market here has the potential for good cash flow for the next few years. Thanks for all of your good advice and tips.

Great credit, low cash reserve, wholesaling would be my choice.

Currently, wholesaling works for me since I have college costs facing me. Longer term, buy, fix and rent with future cash out is the plan. Very excited!!!

I am most interested in wholesaling deals for a quick way to generate cash, and eventually move into the Buy and Hold creating a positive cash flow through rentals.

When the Market becomes more favorable I will sale some of the Buy and Holds for a higher profit, having the money go into a Self-Direct IRA to accumulate wealth for Retirement.

As for, Fix and Flip it great to Buy Low, and Rehab the property and Sell, but Rehabbing can become complicated. I would only do this if the house needed cosmetic repairs, not major repairs that require building permits.

wholesale is the way!but i really need the steady cash flow. working on the buyers list? lets do both.

Currently, I am definitely more interested in wholesaling and have just begun to put together a buyers list.

That would be amazing to win an IPAD and it would be an extra bonus to have the empowering conversations with top students and top people in the industry. An IPAD would be very exciting to have personally and would provide an immediate advantage in beginning to exponentially grow my business through access to up to date technology!
