Currently I am looking to buy/hold/rent because of the RE market in South Florida. When the market bounces back in the next couple of years I will be able to make significant profits. If I just fix up and flip I feel I won't be able to maximize my investment. If I hold on to properties and rent them out for positive cash flow I feel I will be making the most profit possible. Then later on I can lease to own when the market bounces back and get the most out of my investment.

I think that buying low, fixing and flipping is what sounds easier for me, so I'm more interested in that. The other two sounds good too.
