I'm interested in buying low on the retail side, but also would like a few rentals prop's for the future.

More interested in wholesale right now because money is tight.

I want to start off by wholesaling, then move on to fix and flip, then holding. I choose all three, but need to start small because that's what our bank account is right now!

Buying cheap, renting and then selling when the market picks up.

Looks like I would like to try the wholesaling route, get some money saved up to try the buy and hold route until the economy gets better someday. Even don't mind going the flipping route if it makes financial sense.

Don't have a lot of money and living in North Jersey where taxes are through the roof.

I have yet to do my first deal & it would be great to make some quick cash wholesaling. Then once I start making some money, I would be interested in the other two strategies.

Currently I am more interested in buying chip and sell it for quick cash.

I am interested in wholesale; buyer's list/ seller's list. Bringing them together to make a sale. This will provide capital to get where I want to be in real estate and move from there; as I don't have the capital I need to start out. Some helpful suggestions would be welcome. I feel sure that the training workshop will provide this information. I am oh so looking forward to the training workshop. I am very excited about it.

Wholesaling now, rehabbing later

I am interest in wholesale at this time.

My first choice is to buy wholesale, rehab & flip. I've done two of those, but my last purchase is a rental, and I'm excited about that too.
