Hey Dean buy low so that I can refinance and takeout the equity so I can do more deal. Only duplex that I will mainly hold and rent

Good motivational video. I keep dragging my feet but I'm sure my future financial security is in real estate. Thanks for the kick in the butt. I think wholesaling is the best place for me to start but as I gain confidence and make some profit, I'd like to move into the other two areas. The interviews on your iPad would be a real asset.

I'm having trouble getting over the fear factor, and finding cash buyers or investors. I have no cash of my own, and our credit is too low.
I think wholesaling would be the best for now, I'm not sure.

Buy cheap.Rehab and rent for positive cashflow and sell later for a profit.

Right now I am most interested in the wholesaling strategy to get my head back above water and to get myself into the investing game. But I would eventually love to learn how to do all three and become independent as an investor so I don't have to work for anyone else. I want to have the time and money to be able to invest more in my family and friends who need help...

I am interested in wholesale, retail, and rental properties. Right now I am leaning towards wanting a monthly cash flow so buying low and renting properties is what I am most interested in now.

I am most interested in wholesaling. I am too busy in graduate school and trying to find a full time job that being the middle man would be best for my schedule. Plus, the extra cash flow would help with student loans I accrued during my undergraduate years and also paying for graduate school!

If you came out with more information on wholesaling I would be forever grateful to you.

Now, I'm EXCITED!

Well wholesale is a great way to get started and put back a little cash for when you start holding properties. It is always helpfull to find more information about one subject to better your understanding of it and improve on what you know.

I would have to say Wholesaling. It is for the quick cash and funding the buy and holds.

Currently wholesaling is my focus due to limited cash for investments.

I am more interested in wholesaling. Thanks for all you do for all of us.

I've just incorporated my real estate investing business into an LLC and I am ready to get started.

Buy and hold for myself and buy, rent and later sell to tenants and make a big profit.

Currently have two rentals, but I would like to do more wholesaling.

Just starting out and need to get started and make some money. Wholesale for now but will do all in time.

I would like to flip deals to investors for a finders fee. I have great feel for real estate and have had some success in the past. I have the time but not the resources(cash poor)right now. I am a homeowner right now. I hope to connect to investors in the near future. Love your stuff dean!

My intent is to wholesale and build up some cash to pay down my REI debt then move onto cash flowing properties.
