I want to learn more about wholesaling in order to make some quick cash. I would like to learn how wholesaling and renting can work together. Such as using profits from wholesaling to pay off rentals faster and increase the rental cash flow.

Hi, Dean, thank you for the opportunity to answer you twice (you have me twice on your email list). I don't want to stuff the ballot box - not fair to everyone else! However, I would like to refine my first answer and say that having never done this before, it's difficult to say which I would prefer. At least one possible wholesale situation has presented itself, and a few good turnkey buy/hold properties are available nearby. I'm reconsidering the pros and cons of being a landlord, and thinking perhaps I can make both wholesaling and buy/hold work simultaneously.

Wholesale first then but really cheap then rent them out until the market price is very good. I would hold on to some very good property in a very good area for some nice income.

IF THE PROPERTIES TAXES ARE PAID I EARN MY % OR THEY DEFAULT ON PAYING TAX ON PROPERTY AND THE PARCEL I PAID TAXES ON WOULD BE MINE...PROCESS AND PROGRESS IF POSSIBLE...WAY TO GO...! NANCY

I think the best investment would be to obtain rental income while waiting for the right time to sell to the end buyer. This way one would have a gaining cash flow to maybe obtain other properties while they are building equity in the current properties they own. Plust by having a rental income property, they would be able to leverage the current equity in a couple to purcase many more houses. This would help continue the cycle and keep things in the positive. Thank you Dean

The only reason I want to ever sell a rental property is to buy a more profitable rental property.
