At 78, grey haired, with lots of energy and enthusiasm, I am looking for someone to help me work through my first assignment deal.

I have most of Dean's materials and watch his blog religiously. I have the knowledge of home value and costs to repair. What I'm lacking is all the pieces to make my first deal. I am happy to share my experience with someone who is willing to walk me through the process.

I have had three decades of experience as a general contractor and have mountains of experience to share. I know every aspect of of commercial and residential construction having been hands on for years. Now is my moment to find someone to share that will be of a benefit to both.

Mondays have been associated with bad things when it comes to work, but I think that the goodies we can get on Mondays regarding how to make money and have fun at it will be neat, and so, why not name your blog Marvelous Mondays!!

Hi Dean - You are a true inspiration to the multitude of us that are wishing for everything great to become of our investing. Thank you for being so liberal in your giving, and allowing us to become gracious receivers.

I want to say that, I do not have a lot of time to burn, waste or even to learn. Everything that I apprehend nowadays has to be straight to the point, and not lenghty at all. thats because the more we depend less on technology the versatile it become and constrains us even more. I spend alot of time on the Internet as a Global Technology Manager (Media Specialist) so I have to hit it and quit everyhing I do pertaining to the social spectrum.

The world is fastpaced and we have to receive information almost at the speeed of light.

Dear Dean,

Ironically when I read your e-mail,Mind Set Mondays popped out at me.I also thought the idea for partnering with someone was also a great idea.Unfortuneately my greatest influence was my Grandmother. While she's not with us anymore she had a little poem she left for me to put a spring in my step everyday.You should be able to see it at the end of this e-mail.Right now I'm partnering with my Daughter and my Mother but it is difficult for many reasons I won't get into right now.
