Hi Dean,
Yes I can and Yes I will! This has been something that when I look back over my life. I remember the most about myself. The persistancy has allowed me to have more than average experiences in my life. Thank you for bringing this to surface again. Sometimes circumstances try to cloud this vision you have for yourself. But nothing is more clearer than my desire to succeed on this journey that I know is the best thing that I am ever going to see. I have the right connection to the road of financial freedom! I understand that it's not an over night process that it's going to take all that I have to give. I'm willing to put every effort to making it happen. Thank you Dean for the opportunity! Thank you for taking the time to share another weekly blog with us. We hope you had a terrific holiday weekend with your family and friends. This week's blog is very good advice to reflect back on all your positives in life.

We will make our "Top 50" list and reflect back on those feelings. It is so true that past success can help to create the right frame of mind for future success! A positive mental attitude can put you in the right frame of mind to see deals that others may just pass right over.

Also, it is great advice that we should always be proud of whatever accomplishments we have made in our lives and to build off those accomplishments to achieve bigger and better things in the future. Continued success and good luck on all your future deals!

Awesome Blog Dean! I'm going to start on this right away, because I need this right now! We can always do bigger and better things than we've done before, if your in right mind frame! So I'm going to put myself in the mind frame and make my dreams become a reality!

Thanks dean for taking the time to make another good video.I enjoy every single one of them and your right everytime you think in a possitive way to look at a challenge things always work out good and if it still didn't than you learn a new way not to do it but knowing that soon you master the correct way to do it. Life is all about learning from misstakes and becoming better at doing them right and whit a positive mind involve things all look so much better.Again just thanks so much for all the wisdom and positive attitude you show us.

I have been having a rough time in my life lately and needed that inspiration to get me back on track. I will definately make the "50 List". You always make it so I can get back on track and look for all the positive things that I have accomplished and the things I will accomplish in the near future.

OMGosh! I've spent the past few hours doing the assignment. I was amazed at all the things I was recalling for this "Yes I Can List"--things that I had forgotten about. Thanks DG for reminding me to remind myself of my past accomplishments; ones that I had not paid enough attention to. I am up to 41, but will add at least 9 more to complete it.

I started to put off completing the "Yes I Can List". I am glad I did it and reflected on my life even as a child. I feel a since of rejuvenation and inspired by my own accomplishments. Thanks for the jolt to my memory and appreciation of my past obstacles, challenges and triumphs. Happy investing.

I have 7 offers on Bank owned, cash sales that are being considered and may fly! still researching Refi options. checking Paramount. if anyone else has a great options without seasoning, bring it on!

Hi Dean, This is Stepan from the Boston area. I just ordered your books and even watched all of your video-posts straight through to this one! I just graduated college and am excited about becoming a successful REI.
