Hello, my name is Dale Huffman. I'm in Tennessee, 61 years old with no income and no opportunities in sight. My life's work, in science, is not working for me, because it's revolutionary new knowledge (http://theendofthemystery.blogspot.com) and nobody believes in that in these dark times for so many. I bought the "Profit From Real Estate Right Now" book and enjoyed it, but I can't even afford gas to drive around, I don't see how to do real estate on my own. I'm not complaining, I'm just being honest about the facts right now. If I could make a living from my life's work, I would be just fine -- I know my worth, I'm not weak in self esteem, the world is just screwed up royally for many people, including me. Unfortunate, but there you are; now how do I get out of this mess and join the happy crowd in financial security? I've got a small grin writing this, and my mind's clear and wide open to any workable solutions. Any of Dean's successful students, willing to bring someone else along, near Gallatin TN?

Dear Dean,
You and your Edge program are amazing. My husband thinks doing real estate is a waste of time. I just got the program and I am in action anyway, which is hard to do. Last weekend I had my realtor run the searches you and Matt suggested. She then made calls and emails. I've been working on Probate deals. Went to the crt. house and got the personal rep. info., and made calls yesterday. 2 different people said they appreciated my call. I left many voice mails and I am waiting to hear back. I am praying to find a deal, and someone I can help. Keep your positive thoughts and info coming. Hello Everyone,
I am just learning to use a blog as well as continuing to study Dean's real estate lessons. My partner (son Darren) and I are starting to build a buyer's list through a greataa web site created by my son, www.dgbeck.com. Since the start of Dean's program, many things have held us back, but mostly probably fear of not buying "smart" enough and not having the buyer in place. However, this too shall pass and very sooon I will be happy to post "we did it". Thank you Dean and everyone blogging.

Thanks to your books and the success team training and support, I have my first two deals ready to close. One is a Fixerupper "give away" at $6,000. And the other is a FSBO as an approved section 8 rental for $20,000 with owner financing. I would never have known that I could do any of this without your help.

I had purchased your how to be a real estate millonaire last year but has been unable to start up primarily because of lack of cash and my husband lack of trust. We have continued to struggle through or finances and Iknow deepo down that it is about time for me to forge ahead albeit solo ayt first. Hello Everyone. My name is Quyen from Provo, Utah and I've been trying to implement what Dean taught in RE for several months now (since May). I still work on it and don't want to give up as I'm busy enough with school full time. I was about to spend some money to get into the academy but lost the amount due to a scam on the internet, so I just try to start and do slowly but with all the faith I have right now. I purchased the EGDE program with my savings for school and I do learn from it. I just want to take this chance to say thank you to all of your supports and especially Lloyd, Rina, My Destiny, etc. (so many). I would love to be like them and Dean some day. I would love to change others' lives. Yet, right now I need to overcome the fear I have inside me. I'm a very open person but English is still my 2nd language so I need to admit that I am afraid talking on the phone to people that quite often. I still keep trying everyday and I believe as I progress a bit daily, I will ultimately get them!! Hope everything gets there - a RE millionaire!

I am one of your students and have to say I have not been on in awhile. I listened to the conference call you had about the Gain Edge 09 and must say it was very interesting. I wish I had the money to purchase it but I am still trying to find a deal so I can pay off my credit cards I used to purchase for Success Academy. I also purchased your book Profit from Real Estate Right Now! (In which I love) I wish I could've received the Be A Real Estate Millionaire Book when I purchased it. Hey all, I am Cedric from Nebraska. Just to give you an idea on where I am in the investing world I just met with a real estate agent and she seems eager and excited to work with me. I now get to meet with an attorney on Friday. So if anyone has any advise or questions I should ask the attorney please let me know. Other wise I am a student working on my bachelors in multimedia. As well as running a photography business with my wife. So wish me luck and I will do the same for you!

I have been reading and watching for a year, been interested in real estate for 10 years. I now have the time to do the homework and follow every aspect of the deal - but, I AM SCARED to DEATH. I am confident that this is the step to financial freedom (and to be able to help others in an amazing way), but my feet are in concrete for the first deal - I wanted your EDGE product so bad, but have spent money on learning products before and not acted. I even have your first book, which is fantastic - but, I have not acted.

So, I am moved to action now - to admit my fears and take the plunge and seek to get a copy of the EDGE. I mentor others in lots of areas, but seem to need a mentor in real estate to get my feet out of the concrete. I am in the north Dallas area - TONS of houses, but I am at a loss of where to start.

I will be diligently reading other "firsts" and looking for my first deal - I am really wanting any advice, support, or mentoring out there - I AM READY!!!! Michigan everything has taken such a hit, my fears have taken over. My husband is ready to go out right now and buy a fixer upper, using all our financial resources. Things are so tough here because of the auto industry it's hard to find money to fund a deal, especially since we don't even have a home of our own. Good Morning Dean,
My husband, Dean, purchased your original Real Estate progra, that you offered on an infomercial some time back. This was a costly investment for us as we are under alot of financial strain. My husband, was a builder, up until about 2 years ago. He always beleived in Real Estate and was a go getter. Well, he has now just about hit bottom. He has lost all desire and motivation to work in this market as he feels that Southern California is not a good market to buy in. Every time we find a good property, it would have 20 bids on it and the bids made the price more than it was worth. We looked and looked and investigated and made contacts, but have not been able to even purchase one property yet. I work from home and Dean is not bringing in any money although he has tried. We have two kids and a mortgage and I am not sure how to motivate him at this point. Any advice, help, anything, would be appreciated.

My name is Felipe Gonzalez, and ever since reading Dean's book in June 09 I've been more motivated than ever to create my real estate investing empire. It has not been easy the last couple of months and I still don't have my first deal, but when I start to get disappointed and down I always turn to this website. Hey Dean, what's up! YEAH, I could really use the edge program you can never have too much information. I also want to say your first book encouraged me to believe in my potential and eliminate all fear of taking a risk in the real estate game. Your second book showed me that it does not matter what condition the economy is in you can still make money in real estate. I am still in the beginning stage of investing. I haven't made a deal yet, but I'm not going to ever, ever, ever give up because I see the prize. I'm having a hard time finding good investors to assign property to, but even that is not going to stop me!

We've enjoyed your book! We were prequalified having great credit scores so, we started by making an offer on a 2,702 SF two story two year old home. Our offer was accepted at $135k or just $49.96 per square foot!

Our loan, an FHA 45 day escrow took 57 days to find suddenly on the 58th day we couldn't close... "Not Qualified". The next two days were spent at two additional financial institutions. A funny thing... Each one didn't qualify us within hours!

We would love to win the copy of the 2009 EDGE program!
