I would like to say Thank-You to Dean and
the Dean Family website. I feel as though I
can be a successful real estate investor, with
all the information that is here on this site.
I must say I have met friends here, who are
starting out as newbies. Yes, I am a newbie.
I have put in several offers, but no acceptance to this date. But I know it is a
matter of time before an offer is accepted. So
I will keep at it. I would love to have the
Edge 09. I am also looking for probates also. I
would love see more information on locating probates in
all the states. Again I say Thank-You.

Thank you so much Dean for the meginspirational video blog. I am reflecting this moment on the past few months and just how far I have grown and learned from your program. I am at the turning point, "the edge" if you will, of the biggest movement of change I have made in my life. It's a little scary but along with the video blogs and the DG Community, my confidence and persistence drive me.
I have accomplished so much, and though I haven't done my first deal yet I can see it right in front of me.
I know I will be just like one of the many success stories I watch on the DG site.
I too am starting this journey with serious financial troubles. My credit really is "In the crapper". I'm in a hole.
I'm not posting this to get a hand out, but I must say that if I did get a copy of "The Edge" It would be the golden spike joining the tracks of my life together. I would use it to its fullest potential and when I became a success I would Pay It Forward ten fold.
I can't wait to pay it forward. I can't wait to be as generous as DG.

I have learned so much from the book ( profit from Realestate Right Now!) and ALL the REI-students.Im new and can't get enough of all the info right here,and I know I will be a Big Dog-REI in the future. I currently own a house that I am having a hard time selling. I have read Dean's new book and am looking for some creative ways to sell it or lease purchase it. I also have a piece of property at the beach without a house on it that I am also trying to sell through a real estate agent. I am looking to get more involved with Dean's program as I have just come back from vacation. Fist I want to thank you for writing the booksfor the simple man. I have looked at books and programs in the past by other authors but have had trouble practicing what they preach. Yours I have been able to understand, and help others in aquiring properties for little money or a better payoff programs. You are very inspirational to me. Although I have not done any deals, I am so close to completing my first deal. I have a website up (which will be live on the 20th of August) that will be capturing sellers and buyers. I have signed up for your Academy and I have all the tools. I am ready to take action, and I couldn't have done it without your guidance and inspiration.

My goals is to get out of working for someone and just having my own real estate investment business and just helping people out. I cherish how you can help out so many people and you ask for nothing in return. I hope if you believe in a higher power that they will gift you with everything you need and desire. I need real estate because I want a different life for myself and my family. I am tired of listening to naysayers that we should just work from 9 to 5 and just accept our fate. Well I don't believe in that. I believe there is enough wealth out there for everyone that wants it, and you have showed me the way. I will always be grateful of you and your teachings. I don't know if this is where I can put my name in for the Edge contest, but here I am.
I am currently in the process of losing my home, have no job, and don't know where I will be living in a month or so.
I am reading Dean's Profit from Real Estate Right Now, about 2/3 through it, but due to my life being in turmoil right now, I can't start doing investing yet, I may be moving 30 miles away and my mind is currently on my house and looking for a job and moving. I wanted to get the Edge in the worst way, but have no money to purchase it. I would love to win the Edge.

Hey dean, my name is phil and i'm still reading your books and haven't started any deals yet because my mom had a double stroke last month and i've been trying to help her because i'm all she has. i'm going to kick it into high gear once she's home. I could really use some extra money right now to help her with the bills and her meds, but enough of my problems. It's 4 am and i'm beat, thanks for sharing your wisdom.

Yo Dean! Everytime you talk dude, you make me less uptight about this real estate biz. I have read your first book twice and i'm starting the second. I drive tractor trailers so it is hard, not impossible, for me to be consistent with my efforts. It's still a struggle though but i'm committed. In regards to your blog this week. You should fly into Philly man! I tell you what! If you can help someone in Philly become successful you would never have to advertise again! I go around the whole city, literally, touting Dean Graziosi myself! I love my city man but I have to be honest. We are the most negative city on the planet! Nobody here believes that anything good is meant to happen to any of us here! That is real rap Dean! That is part of my battle everyday! My Name is Sirley Burns. I live in Inverness Florida. I am eager to get involved in the realestate business. Currently trying pay all my loans off before i try. Due to my current financial situation I was unable to afford the edge. I wish You could come here and walk me through a few deals. Then i could afford to enroll in the sucess academy with the profits you help me make. I believe in the program but just cant afford the Academy. The edge program may be the help i need. Today I was really inspired. A couple of guys were talking on focus on the family,the subject was directed to young children which I have a 11year old and a 13 year old. The topic was DO THE HARD THING.
