I just watched your blog and I have to say that to give each one who responds an equal chance is awesome. Bernard Hunter called me. He explained the plan for the new infomercial. My husband is not on board with me, yet. I am just getting started, but he is not interested, yet. The Missouri climate, especially rural Missouri, is challenging and it would be helpful if I knew someone who was being successful here. There is no REI club close to me. If I win the EDGE, it will give me a great boost. I have posted on the new forum and gotten a prompt response from Indiana Joe and Myra. Thanks, guys. I am not giving up. How can I when there are answers just for the asking and so many great people for support.

I am a newbie, my name is Vilguins Louissaint I am living in the Sunshine State (Florida), and to be more specific I’ve being living in the U.S about 10 years. I got both books the “BE A REAL ESTATE MILLIONAIRE” & “PROFIT FROM REAL ESTATE RIGHT NOW” at the beginning of July read them cover to cover. My name is Theresa Olander. I have been connected with Dean via his books, this site and the many viewing of late night advertising. I live in an area which beautiful and desired yet is way too expensive. In addition, affordable housing is lacking and the middle class is quickly disappearing along with diversity.
My dream is to acquire properties way below market value sell them below market and rebuild this town while making an income for myself.
I begun to grasp the reality of my town by joining a committee set up to create affordable housing options. Here is the dilemma. The average person can only afford $250,000 yet homes average $500,000 and up. The "economic crisis" has hit the valley and there are homes that people are losing for various reasons, yet these are the same people who make this town deverse. Funding sources are needed. Where do people begin? Does it make sense to set up the business first(with no real money/ my only asset is my own home which I can not risk) or to just jump in and what does that really mean?
Any suggestions greatly appreciated! Especially from anyone dealing in an area of over price real estate. Posting this in it self is a leap of faith

My name is Janet, I have posted a few times on this site. All the amazing information is such a help. I have been interested in real estate for over 20 years, but this is the season to make it happen! I think with all the support from the site and the information from Deans Book and The EDGE; I will actually be able to make my dream come true. There are two properties I am interested in. Because I am new to investing I am getting told not to try for the one I am most interested in, but time will tell.

Growing up in small towns most of my life, this is something I never thought I'd be doing in a million years to say the least. When I started looking into this over 6 years ago none of this support system was in place and it was pretty much a hit or miss gamble when it came to doing this sort of investing.
Well needless to say I've learned alot over the years and enjoying sharing it with people motivated to use it for good to better themselves and others.

WE HAD INTENSIONS ON SELLING WHEN WE WERE READY, BUT DUE TO THE CIRCUMSTANCES, WE HAD TO MOVE FASTER THAN PLANED.WE HAD MOST OF THE UPDATES DONE A WHILE AGO (windows, siding, roof, fence, bathroom, h/w tank. belive it or not i was in the middle of doing the biggest renavation (kitchen), WHEN MY MOM WAS LIVING WITH US WHILE GOING THROUGH KEMO. NEEDLESS TO SAY, SHE HAD THE BEST THANKSGIVING EVER. SHORTLY AFTER APRIL 08 SHE PASSED AWAY. I FIGURED THAT WERE I LIVED (OKAY NEIGHBOHOOD) THAT I WONT GET WHAT I WANT FOR MY HOUSE, SO I CAN BUY THIS 5 BED 3BATH HOUSE THATS ON THE MARKET IN A GREAT AREA. I TOLD MY WIFE WE HAVE SELL THIS HOUSE FAST. I HAD A REALATOR COME IN AND SHE SAID SHE WOULD MARKET IT AT $74,900 WITH SOME MINOR TOUCHES. I PAINTED AND FIXED UP THE LAUNDRY ROOM. I HAD THE HOUSE READY FOR SHOW IN TWO WEEKS.WOULD YOU BELIEVE IT SOLD IN NINE DAYS, WITH NO INSPECTION CLAUSE. THE REALATOR TOLD ME SHE HAS AN OFFER AND I NEEDED TO SIT DOWN FOR THIS ONE, SHE WAS RIGHT? BUT I SAID WHAT IS THE CATCH. SHE SAID THEY WANT THE NEW FRONTLOAD WASHER AND DRYER, I SAID O.K. MY WIFE ON THE OTHER HAND SAID WOO, WE JUST BAUGHT THEM. I HAD TO REMIND HER THAT $1,800(WASH/DRY) COMPARED TO WHAT AN INSPECTION MIGHT BRING UP IS AN OUTSTANDIG DEAL. SHE GOT THE PICTURE. AND WE LEFT THE CLOSING TABLE WITH $28,000 WHITCH WE USED TO BUY THAT DREAM HOUSE.THE ONLY THING IS I HAVE TO START ALL OVER WITH RENAVATIONS, BUT LIKE I SAID, I LOVE REALESTATE, AND THE TWO ADDITIONS (BROTHERS). I HAD TO DO IT, I TOLD MY MOTHER THAT THEY WILL BE TAKING CARE OF, *LOVE YOU MOM* WELL THERE IS PART OF MY LIFE/INSPIRATION. MY NEXT GOAL IS TO LOCK UP AN INVESTMENT PROPERTY BEFORE I TURN 30.

Hi Dean,
I just wanted to say that I have searched many programs, business ideas and ventures to find me something, career wise, that makes me feel excited to do it. I am a single mother of two young children and have been unemployeed for just about a year now. I have invested in two different business' but the passion for them is hard to keep going. - You invest and invest and invest but see very little return. I am not getting that same feeling from your program. I have never owned my own home before so a lot that I am learning is foreign to me, but I am excited and, I'll admit, a bit scared. But I know I am going to be successful!
There is something you have said a couple different times, not sure I'll quote this right but, - If you are still doing the same thing tomorrow or the same thing next week, what will you be doing a year from now? - Something like that, I'll have to get the exact saying, but it struck me to the core because I do not want to be in debt, homeless, struggling for everything anymore - and I'm not going to!
