And wanted to thank you for putting so much time and effort in to helping others you are the great one. I am sure Both interviews would be very helpful however I think I would have to vote for Indiana Joe.

My vote is for both , of course! I would prefer to hear Jeremy first, then Joe and Stacy.

Hi Dean, I wanted to let you know that I think the info in chapter 3 is every bit as great as in 1 & 2. I'm taking as much as I can from them all. I'm real excited because the next two days I hope my hard work will pay off. It has taken a while but I think I have finally found the right people to work with! I know from all you've given me to work with that I am much more confident and determined. I will succeed. Hope to get back with you real soon with really great news in my investing business. I have bad credit, trouble finding the perfect R.E. Agent and no funds to invest. All of them would be helpful to me. I'm doing something that I would never have done before I'm taking action and moving forward like you said Dean, if you don't take action then you already failed without trying. I refuse to fail and action is all in my mind. Fear doesn't exist anymore and I feed off of it as much as I do with negative feed backs which pushes me forward and will prove to everyone that I can do it just like you and everybody else that did it as well. Just by listening to you and everything you teach us either from your books or this website brings more energy to me to go out and succeed then to be a failure. Here's something that might impress you, I do not have a car, so you're wondering how am I going to look for deals, Well Dean I have my computer to do my online marketing for which I have created my website thanks to your freewebsite link, I have a loan officer that will help my buyers who have been turned down by banks to get them pre-approved, I'm not working with a Real Estate Agent yet still trying to find that perfect one, and I have 2 strong legs that will do my offline marketing, by the way Dean, I'm 45 yrs old. If I can walk then I can find deals, just have to take action. I will be using city transit and trolley to get to my surrounding area's looking for motivated sellers, by doing this gives me the motivation to succeed, because when my deals start to happen then I can say it out loud, I did it just like Dean said I can, and I would love to tell my story on how I did it too. I Will let you know once the deals start happening. Until next time, keep feeding me info to be successful and I will follow it to the tee.

At DGBeck, we have been finding houses, finding realtors, and putting in offers. None have "hit" yet, but we persevere and will not quit! As the saying goes -- anything worth having ..........

As a new real estate investor from New Jersey, my vote is for Joe and Stacey because I have not yet closed a deal. My fear was holding me back. I was frozen until I heard from Lubertha and her partner from NJ during Dean's travels. I was deeply inspired by those 2 ladies. It got me off the couch and I just bought the $995 web 2.0 wealth revolution internet program which was offered by PMI. Everyone keeps driving the point that we need buyers. Well I believe I'll get my buyers now through the internet. Wish me luck! If there's anyone else out there from NJ that wants to partner up, please hit me back.

Joe and Stacey definately. The "No Money" part of "No Money Down" is one of the main reasons most of us are here. Joe overcame the obstacles so his secrets will be most valuable to us.
