lov those nuggets of truth. Had my agent get me a list of props purchased for cash n the last 180days . new agent met her on friday had a list of props sold in the new orleans area buy sunday after church.that was a great hint that matt was able to share with us.Often times we forget that the agent is hired to work our strategies for us. Now the trick will b to find out who and were the person is that belongs to that data.Some tax assesors dont provide Name and address with the prop profile. other sourses needed.thanks again. Hey anybody n da dg fam have a way of getting contact info for props abandoned,or sold I,m all ears.

Thanks again for all the encouragement. I am working on my buyers' list, and hope to do a deal before my birthday on Oct 19. My husband and I are both committed to being successful in this business and being able to work together from our home. We hardly ever get a day off together, and one of our goals is to be able to spend a lot more time together. Investing in real estate will make this dream come true.

Now, one request. The flo player that is used in these blogs is wonderful in that I can pause the video and allow it to load completely and then watch it without all of the pausing and "hiccups".
Is there any way this can be done with the videos on the total view site? The jw player does not allow the pause and load feature and it is impossible for me to watch those videos with any consistency at all.
Thought I'd put that out there.

I have heard this message from a few people in recent months. I know I have taken it to heart, too. I've had at least one friend say he thinks this is nuts, my wife who is more concerned for me than I am, and my parents who, I am sure, are doubting that this is a good idea.

Despite it all, I still feel enthused, I still feel fired up and I will make my first deal happen. And my second. And my hundreth.

I just wanted to write and say thank you for posting that video...

I am currently battling this right now...My dad keeps telling me I should go get a regular job. He's tired of seeing me struggling...Fact of the matter is, I know what I have to do and I have made many mistakes in my pursuit of working for myself...Thing is, I am learning from my mistakes and taking corrective action.
