Fico Score

LDCOOK55's picture

I have always taken my Fico Score very seriously. I have had friends that have suffered greatly from not checking to see what their credit reports look like and usually at the worst times like purchasing a home or car.

Thank you for the opportunity to take charge of our finances.

credit scores

Hi Dean,

Although you can raise your credit score this does not mean you will qualify for a mortgage or a refinance or a line a credit. unfortunatly there are guidelines for qualifying. This means having short sales, foreclosures and BK's on your credit you will have to wait certain time periods to attain credit again.

Thanks,

Tom

Raising Your Credit Score

Hi Dean,

I am so happy that I was in time to catch the webinar. Recently, I attempted to get a loan to repair my car because I need it for my school and my son's school, and to go to the library. I was told that my credit score is too low. I believe that I repaid a bill that I was told was written off and I should not worry. The company, Accounts Recovery Coropration at the CIBC in British Columbia, Canada, was told to call Equifax Canada and tell them that it was paid in full. I do not know whether they did that. I know it may be impacting my credit. I cannot wait till the webinar.

Have a nice day,
Annis
