Hi Dean, I have ordered your books in the past, somehow, don't know how, they have been misplaced.
My house is in foreclosure, because of Chapter 7 bankruptcy, of which I had no part of. My husband's cowardly doing. It is critical that I learn the techniques and strategies that will help to get me out of this mess and hopefully save my house. I know time is of the essence. I welcome any words of wisdom this comment. Thanks for the inspiration.

I have been a member since 2010 and I am sorry to say have not purchase my first property as of date. Have had so many down falls in my business. Just working to save my business so I can have an income. But I still watch your blog's and have had the coathing and the blueprint. I know in my heart I will make real estate my next business. And when that day happens I will give the business to my employees. But until then I will keep dreaming. Hope some day to meet you in person and give you a success story like no other. Because I do have a story!

The biggest roadblock for me is 'self' doubt. I don't care what others actually think, I want to be able to prove to myself that I can find deals to wholesale and actually get it done. There are so many avenues
to find deals (they say) and I end up getting distracted trying to learn each of them and don't end up staying focused...
The only way to get this business done is the "doing", right? So I think, for me, I have to stop reading books and blogs, and listening to DVD's and watching videos, etc. And pick some 'finding deals avenue' and do it!

Everything said was "absolutely" correct. Real estate can only make you money, all year long; in any economy....That's why I haven't given up on trying to complete my 1st deal!!! Staying persistent...!
